  1. Another proof of the power and attraction of Yuzuru Hanyu.
  2. Thinking of Notte Stellata and Haru Yo Koi, I cannot even imagine what kind of masterpieces Yuzu might come up with without the restrictions of competition. The potential is sheer limitless. On the other hand, I also very much look forward to what else Yuzu can produce in the competitive field. How much farther can he go technically? When will he finally make his dream of landing a 4A in competition come true? But most of all, I hope that our little cherry blossom will stay healthy, be happy and just be able to skate at his heart's content.
  3. Exactly! I also love how Yuzu changes the position of his hands during his spins and makes them even more beautiful and interesting. This is what makes him unique. Every single detail of his performances is meticulously thought out and performed. Yuzu's programs are truly pieces of art.
  4. Yuzu is so graceful even warming up and waiting for his performance to start. Truly a beautiful swan stretching his wings!
  5. The PCS inflation of the last few years becomes very obvious on this graph. When Yuzu and Javi started out, they had to improve and earn their way to higher scores while younger skaters just get them handed out like free samples. And the free GOE handouts to certain skaters obviously makes this whole biased scoring even worse... But I think it's so cute how Yuzu and Javi's scores move up together. What a wonderful journey they've had together...
  6. Simple. Change his citizenship and become an American. I think Canadian might also help.
  7. Finally revealed: Yuzuru Hanyu's true beauty secret!
  8. This is sooo cute!
  9. Man, I wish I could be in Hongkong right now.
  10. Fortunately, there are still experts in the figure skating world that actually speak the truth. Thank you, Max!
  11. LOL! This is what happens when Pooh gets involved in Yuzu's morning routine.
  12. Translation of a new Yuzu interview. It's awful that Yuzu feels he has to keep on pushing and try to "catch up" on his quad arsenal in order to win. And to know that Yuzu's ankle is giving him so much pain... But on the other hand, it's obvious that Yuzu still has the drive to win. He seems to be as ambitious as ever. I think as a fan, all I can do is to keep on loving and supporting him and just enjoy the ride. That's exactly what makes being a fanyu so exciting and enjoyable, though. It's like a wild rollercoaster ride through all of life's ups and downs, through the whole range of human emotions. I just wish for Yuzu's happiness and health. No matter what he does, no matter what decisions he makes, I will stand by him.
  13. It's sooo adorable how Yuzu makes sure Pooh looks his best! And Pooh has his own protective cover! Bless Yuzu and his love for Pooh.
  14. OMG! I've never seen this before. The WC has only ended a week ago and I'm already thirsting for Yuzu content. So, gala rehearsal videos that I haven't seen before are more than welcome. A big thank you to the admins for your hard work and dedication! I only joined a few months ago, but I've already found a new home here on this wonderful planet.
  15. This is the translation of the Chinese commentary. This is only the subtitled version of the commentary, though. Yuzu's performance is cut out. But it doesn't matter because the commentators didn't speak during Yuzu's FS. They let Yuzu's performance speak for itself. The lady commentator's name is Chen Ying and she's indeed the one who said the poetic line about the warrior and the storm. She only has the highest praise for Yuzu. "He is the king. There is nothing which can stand in his way of claiming the title of "king"." "What he's skating is artistry on ice. He is figure skating itself."
  16. Yuzu's Worlds 2019 FS: Hungarian commentary with English subtitles Commentators: Andras Rosnik, Tamas Vasarhelyi These two guys are really knowledgeable and praise Yuzu highly... and they speak the truth! This is what they said about Yuzu after his performance: "...and his transitions in his skating are so clean and detailed that if in the first score, the technical score, Nathan is able to do that is the same or similar to this technical level, even that, because of the second mark, I find it highly possible that he'll be the world champion." "This is not really human what he did."
  17. Yes! It's no wonder that the Olympic Channel has been milking Yuzu's popularity especially since Pyeongchang. Whenever they publish some Yuzu related content, they get a huge response from people, and not just his fans. And rightly so. I often get the feeling that the Olympics social media is run by total fanyus. This is why it's even more astounding to me as to why the JSF and ISU seem to be unaware of just how popular and beloved Yuzu is all over the world. I've seen tweets under this new hashtag #LoveYuzuruFromAllOverTheWorld from fans literally all over the world, even one from Nepal! He's figure skating's greatest superstar by far, the one skater who sells thousands and thousands of tickets, the one skater who's even transcended the sport and is famous and popular beyond skating. And yet both the JSF and ISU totally underappreciate Yuzu, his accomplishments and what he's done for the sport and for them. But the main thing is that we love and appreciate Yuzu... and obviously the Olympic Channel loves him too!
  18. Just look at this cutie bee!
  19. “In fact his skating skills are terrific, as if he was born in skates.” Good to know that Yuzu's art is appreciated all over the world.
  20. OMG! You're right! This must be an auspicious sign. No wonder Yuzu wants to do the whole grand prix season. Seriously, no professional writer could come up with a story this epic. An extraordinary athlete who's already achieved unimaginable greatness competes in the same place as two of his childhood heroes who have become legends at just this place. And of course said athlete achieves a glorious victory after overcoming setback after setback, hardship after hardship. This is way better than fiction.
  21. OMG! I'd totally go, too. Seriously, this would be the closest to Yuzu competing in my home country Austria. And let's be honest, hell would freeze over and become an ice rink before a larger figure skating competition in which Yuzu might compete would be held in Austria.
  22. Considering that CoC will take place again after it was cancelled last year, I wouldn't be surprised if Yuzu would be assigned there. Besides, there were rumours that the Chinese fed cancelled CoC 2018 because they were pissed at the ISU banning a Chinese judge after the Olympics. So, now that they've apparently made up, the ISU might've offered to send Yuzu to CoC as an extra bonus. Anyway, if Yuzu does go to CoC, the Chinese fed as well as Chinese fans would be absolutely overjoyed. Yuzu would definitely get the most epic Pooh storm ever. Just think about the Pooh monsoon at WC 2015 in Shanghai. And now Yuzu's even more popular. They'd probably need a shovel excavator or an army of drones to collect all the Poohs.
  23. You're welcome! Yuzu is really a great source of inspiration. Thank you for the link. I will definitely check it out. Yuzu, the meme lord. No one deserves that title more than him.
  24. Now this finally makes this competition complete. I was a bit disappointed that Yuzu didn't get lifted once. Go, Yuzu and Xinyu!
  25. Wow! I would've thought that a large scale international event like this would be really well organized in Japan. Apparently not... In hindsight, I'm actually glad that I didn't win any tickets in the lottery and didn't go. This is really embarassing for Japanese organizers, especially considering the Tokyo Olympics next year.
