Think this is a great idea. Snippets of our threads would link a photobook to the Planet really well. We like his photobooks let's give him an uplifting and cheerful one from us which shows how much we love him and will make him smile whenever he opened its pages. We are an artistic lot.... Why not add some of our members wonderful drawing and cartoons or as he likes cats, pictures of our pets too (in suitably nice locations or in suitably silly poses!) Regarding a medal I think the only ones that really mean something to him are those won after a hard fight in competition.

Well I'm not a countryman and I'm a fan. He's no Yuzuru Hanyu - boy's a God - but Nathan is talented in his own way. He's worked hard to compete at this level. He's trying with the choreography... it's improving. He's a nice kid. When Yuzu couldn't compete at Milan, Shoma, Mikhail, Boyang and yes Nathan made my trip there really enjoyable.

I know the feeling of family who couldn't give a....... Rang my sister to tell her there was a replay on BBC n she said. "Lovely Lou..... You just enjoy it". In other words. No chance in hell will she tune in!!! It's frustrating.. Why carn't they see..... Boy's a spangly sparkling, joyful, creative, flying cattish/alien, God like genius. Yes I'm talking about you m'boy!

Oh dear. Well that didn't go too well. @Old Cat Lady thanks for this. Even though I was rubbish I still had a great time guessing.....and wishing!!!!!!

Desired language skills: Japanese is plus, but you may substitute a willingness to watch endless hours of video in that language without the tiniest shred of comprehension. - This made me chuckle. On a rewatch his musicality is insane.

My two penneth (wish list): Medals 1. Most medals 2. All Japanese or all Russian top 6 3. How many Golds with at least 1 world record 4. Skater/team winning by largest margin 5. Discipline with no falls from any medalists 6. Will there be a +5 final GOE element in competition 7. Who will get most points in single element 8. Will anyone get a final PCS of 10. 9. Who will have the highest total TES 10. Will US increase its world team for next year 11. Will Canada or Japan have smaller teams next year or tie 12. Will Russia qualify for 12 entrants at next year's Worlds.

Good luck. I bought a piano that takes up half the dining room, lessons for five years and then gave up. Don't think even Yuzu could help! Ps. The piano is too heavy to move.
