Yuzu and his team know best on how long he can stay in the competition. As fans, all we can do is just to watch and appreciate and support him.

If he want to get the hang of it, ACI will be the safest competition for him to try it out since it is only a challenger series. And there is a video of him doing insanely huge 3A with normal entry (when was the last time we see him doing that normal 3A?). I also think he will only try it for SP though. The way the FP is packed this year made me think that maybe 4A is too much for FP. Uh, and I am not one of the crazy fans because I think he will do it at ACI. He is the crazy one, I am only trying to keep up.

He will do it soon, I think, if he want to have it clean by World. And he will, since it is home crowd and all. So yeah, ACI or Helsinki.

It is quite funny that Javi thinks that Nathan is crazy but Yuzu is not, while I would definitely say that Yuzu is actually a better fit for that term instead of Nathan. Maybe he has been desensitized with Yuzu after training together for 6 years?

@Sammie @fyere0 y'all can relate to the bouncing and 'eat me' reference, but I bet you cannot relate to the butt spin! Seeing him playing with a fan during gala practice made me want him to do a Seimei EX with fan though.

Yuzu's charm is not only his good looks or his skating talent. I remember the first time I saw him, I surely think he is good looking and obviously talented, but what attracted me the most (at the beginning) is how he bowed after his performance. (No wonder he practiced that bow eh, it is also deadly!) He might not be conscious about his physical effect, the guy might just fed up with cameras following him anywhere and wish to has his privacy.

Ah yes, I brought this topic up in the media day because I noticed how some comments on both forums and SNS on how skaters can wear a shirt for their costumes and call it a day and I was like "Huh? How does it help them in telling their stories?" -- unless it is Jeff's For Forever, where the story is about teens. Elaborate costume will look out of place there. Then reading @LadySnowblood comment on how FS is seen as more sport and not art and blings can diminish the effect of sport and in a way it seems reasonable. Not to say that I agree with such view, but it is reasonable nonetheless.

He get the sound engineer to edit his music more than 30 times. Cannot deny that he is extra. From his Seimei making video we know he even noticed the acoustics of a stadium and I was like... How many skaters are actually aware about THAT? I always like his music cut though. All blended so naturally that I won't even know that those are combined from several songs if I don't know the original ones.

Me too, for the sideways lunge and the SE - 3A part. If any, both are too short, making it seemed like rushed. (might caused by the 30 secs reduction though) At least with the sideways lunge, I can see that it makes his leap seems more impressive because of the height difference from low to high. But I don't get his arm movement during the SE yet. ACI please come soon, I need to see the first pancake in its entirety.

Can Yuzu adopt runrun as his costume designer?

I prefer Nate's 2017 LP costume too. Now, how do NA viewers seen elaborate costume? It seems like some athletes do not want to wear elaborate costumes coz they do not want to be associated as sissy or gay.
