    I would say Compassion. Without compassion and kindness he wouldn't be who we love! Spirit could mean compassionate spirit, tough spirit, and a determined spirit. so that's a good choice too!

    Okay I have a question: during COC 2014 and possibly other competitions around that time I saw the Yuzu had little tan square stickers on his neck below his ears kinda? They remind me of seasickness patches. But what are they do you think?

    Also the study LadyLou gave us the link to (I guess I'm a science nerd) said that arm movement messes up the wrist monitor. So yeah we all know how many arm movements Yuzu does plus can you imagine when he jumps how that fast motion of the arms would probably really mess it up. Thanks @LadyLou for the links! It's great stuff to know.

    And what about the lady rushing up from the left she got close then was like "what am I doing? I can't touch him!" She really wanted to help. You can't blame her though Yuzuru fell almost right in front of their feet. I'd probably do the same.

    Hey did y'all see the Niigata Faoi? Lorando Muffin has it on YouTube. Poor Yuzu falling near the end, but he did a great jump just a little while later. scared me though!

    Oh wow you're right it is really beautiful! Sorry didn't mean to use the word crazy. I just meant crazy about Yuzuru! Like we all are. Yeah I wish I could do even a small bit of what so many fans do on a computer. I can see why you would keep it on your phone. It's awesome!

    yeah it does look a little different. But I know my face looks different depending on the time of day. Morning my eyes are more squinted.

    I don't really think it's about worrying about what other people think, but more of wanting to live a honorable life for himself. To live above reproach, to aim for the very highest for himself. When people are watching and when they are not. It will also inspire others to want to be their best at all times not just when others are watching.

    Had a conversation with a friend around the olympics... she said" Don't you like the olympics when USA wins and you hear the star spangled banner play?" Me- "well, I'm rooting for a Japanese skater sooo yeah it's not the Star Spangled Banner...

    I'm from Tennessee so no one here watches figure skating and none of the shows ever come anywhere close to here even with Scott Hamilton living in Nashville.
