Iirc, Nathan has only landed the quad loop in small competitions and not regularly because of his hips. His quad salchows are not consistent as well. He is a better toe jumper. I think the rule is a good encouragement for Yuzu to do quad lutz and axel though.

An assumption can turn out to be true just like the rumours. So the thing is, we still don't know the complete truth and i dont think we will ever know. So i won't judge them.

It makes me kinda worried for her quadsters. Eteri seems to be on a mission to prove Brian wrong. Imagine the training they have to go through to keep their quads.
