While I am no fan of his, to be fair I doubt there is a choreographer on the face of the planet who does NOT in their dreamiest dreams have Yuna and Yuzu front and centre (and I am damn certain the Russian you semi-mention is among them ), however unlikely and impossible it would be. Brilliance and artistry and iconic status means they would come to mind first for... pretty much anyone if they are being honest. Wouldn't you, even if a small-time and unknown, dream those dreams? We know Jeff did his SP.... if (and I'm just saying if) he doesn't WD yet, when do you think we'll get a hint as to the music?

I agree that we all want him to be safe, above everything, but he's shown that he has grown a sense of self-preservation (terrifyingly lacking when he was younger) and will I think WD if he thinks it's unsafe. But oh, the ticket sales will now turn feral...

Torn here between a HUGE desire to see him on the ice - we have missed him so unbelievably much - and worry after the way he was pretty much monstered by press and public last year... but he will do what he believes best, and we will support him. {New programs, mmmmmmm.....}

I cannot, no simply canNOT be expected to choose between Origin 1, Seimei and Etude.... and Notte Stellata. And LGC, and Origin 2, and Otonal 2.

They're pushing Yuma as the next big star; I doubt it'll work, he has the developing skating brilliance but doesn't have the charisma and personality (to be fair, I don't think Shun does either) to be the next Yuzu or Daisuke Takahashi. Maybe the next Shoma if he can get a place and a podium spot at Beijing (if it's put back, this is possible but no one knows) I wish them both luck.

We may not see the graduation, but he gave us the monthly appearance... so proud of him.

Both of mine (BArts and honours) were loooong, and so were all too many at the university I worked at. The number of graduates is one thing but the biggest problem was that the keynote speakers sometimes could not be shut up.... I honestly dozed off at one and the person next to me has poke me when it was time to get up and go and get my award. If there is live chat, people could amused themselves by counting the number of "is Yuzu on yet?"
