Also, even more of a newbie question, when does a new season even start? I've never followed figure skating as a sport until recently, i've mostly just been casually admiring Yuzu's performances from a far without understanding anything surrounding them for some years This redemption arc for Yuzu coverage on the olympic social media is something to behold, they should've bowed down to the power of Yuzu earlier but i'm glad they've come to their senses at last

Yuzu hasn't even healed properly yet, so it's pretty pointless to discuss things that may or may not occur in 3-4 years time. I think he should first get back to competing, and if he is still in good form in 2021/2022 then he should go for it. There are too many unpredictable factors to say right now though.

It's a crime that this hasn't surfaced yet Maybe a bit OT, but didn't he say that he doesn't believe in superstitions or rituals since he broke some of them and all went fine? I think that's very healthy, because i know how debilitating these things can be (i competed in showjumping for some time, and my "rituals" costed me a win several times since it didn't let me focus when i wasn't able to do them). Idk, as an athlete myself (albeit on a much lower level), i just think it's admirable to be able to let go like that and trust in your training. It's something i've always wished i could do. This meme will be the death of me i swear

Okay, excuse my total newbie question, but do we know when Yuzu is taking up schedules again? I've found it hard to navigate this site since joining and i initially thought he was halting all competitions/schedules until he is healed, but i've gotten conflicting answers as to wether that's true or not. I guess i just wanted to know what his closest schedule is, as well as his closest competition? Is he sitting out the rest of this season? Excuse the (probably) dumb question ;-;
