I'm hoping that now the judges are spoiled by all the hard quads and 4-6 quad programs, they will stop being overly impressed by the jump to the point of awarding them candies right and left in the PCS. I find the more quads jumped, the more skating skills and performance suffers (especially in the case of Nathan).

Is there a program layout thread? I'm confused about his layout. He's repeating quad toes, quad sal, and triple axels. I thought you're only allowed to repeat 2 jumps?

According to the columns on that chart is says 2/14 downgraded for the quad loop. Might be misreading it.

I didn't realize his Quad Loop were downgraded twice. I assume those were early in the season when he was falling? edit: or when he popped it

Oh no! I just realized that France only qualified 1 lady to the Olympics. Would they be able to qualify another person during the Olympic qualification event or are they stuck with one? After seeing both Mete and Laurine, I really hope Laurinne gets to go to the Olympics. I just think she has better overall skating skills.

I noticed since the beginning of the season that the boy's got serious booty now. I thought it had to do with the quad loop training lol. That jump looks like it demands a lot of hip muscles. About the only thing that hasn't filled out on him are his tiny chest, face, and throat.

You have to travel that far away just to see the medal ceremony? I don't even know how I'm supposed to get between Gangneung and the sliding center in Pyeonchang. Never mind being able to find any lodging outside of Seoul. This whole Olympic has not been organized very well or convenient.

On there were some good information people having been sharing about trip logistics and ticket sales. Did they get moved somewhere and if so where? edit: Never mind I found it. It got moved under into a subforum. It's sometimes hard to find threads since there's constantly additional forums/threads being created. Maybe, not as often or have announcements? I think I started 3 threads: 1 got name changed, and one got moved under another forum and wouldn't even come up when I looked up threads I started.

I don't know if it dates back to spam alert when this site was first put up or maybe whatever platform this is on is considered a "social" platform, but this site is completely blocked by my work. Can't exactly ask them to fix it since I should be working. I didn't have the same problem with GS so I think it's this site specifically that's being blocked by my work. Did we ever get that spam message problem straightened out?

One of the perks of watching the World Team Trophy was it opened my eyes up to a lot of skaters I've never seen before. For the ladies: I really enjoyed France's Laurine Lacavallier. It might have something to do with her SP music, which is gorgeous (Experience). I also liked the quality of her skating. I noticed that she will be competing in the GP series this upcoming season so I'll keep my eyes out for her. For Ice Dance, something I've never chosen to watch, I really appreciated the Canadian pair (sorry can't remember their names off the top of my head). Pairs: the French team really impressed me and I look forward to seeing if they can break into the podium.

I noticed some delays while everyone is commenting on the FOI thread. Did we have a high amount of traffic and did you notice the server maxing out at all?
