Event Thread Requests

Since we get requests for event discussion/streaming threads all over the place I'm making this thread. Feel free to request here after making sure it's not in the following list.

A tentative list of planned event threads:

JGP (one for each competition)

Maybe one event thread for the Four Continents Championships, and one thread for all the other senior B competitions would be good, too.

4CC will be the last major competition before the Olympic Games and I think that there will be lots of things to discuss during the event.

Also, there will be some interesting senior B events like the Finlandia Trophy/Golden Spin/Tallinn Trophy etc, and it could be useful to have one thread for those competitions as well.

At least we could have a place where we discuss the more interesting senior B events and post the results/videos there. :smile:

4CC will be a lot less important than it was last season, but I think some good skaters - who won't compete in the Team Events at the Olympics - may compete there. Or good skaters who won't be able to get to the Olympics team, for example Japanese ladies.

Would it be possible to open this proposed thread for B-comps today? Cup of Nice will start today, an international non-challenger B comp and it has quite a lot of interesting skaters participating, including Yu/Zhang, Han Yan, Denis Ten, The Hendrickx siblings, among others, so it'd be interesting to have a place to talk about it. Doesn't even need to have its own thread but if you guys were going to start a B-comp thread, we might be in need of it soon. Thanks!
