They say very complimentary things about Japan - food, shinkansen, onsen etc, the show and skaters and of course really lovely things about Yuzu. A good listen, as they are skaters with good knowledge of the discipline. They are fanyus for sure.

Just stick to whole body shots from different angles, forget about doing close ups because he moves too quickly and you chop up the overall rhythm and flow of the movements. Amen!! Seriously, I know his facial expressions are cute and good, but show the whole body for God's sake!! You're going to lose him anyway.... 4 hours ago, Anni said: Of course Max posted again after the show [NEWS] Not Mr. Max being like us, waiting for any Yuzu's news coming from Japan and posting the second after he has news. 2 hours ago, Anni said: [NEWS] Right at our hearts!!

Satoko, Jason, Kazuki, Kaori, Yuzuru and skaters like them engage the audience and get them involved. I thought all the skaters at the NS show were engaging, less so for SOI but there were enough to keep it ticking along. Jason and Kazuki may never win the ultimate accolades but they will always be in demand for shows. I’m pleased that Satoko is doing so well as a pro - in a less obvious way I think she too has been released from the grinding competition circuit to just skate as she likes - beautifully and with feeling without constant pressure over jumps. I hoped at one time that she’d try ice dance - but who could match her? Agree with everything you said. There's an intangible investment in and visible happiness with skating that draws me to specific skaters and that group you mentioned definitely does it for me. Yuzuru is the pinnacle of it as the full package, no matter what program he skates, but Satoko to me matches his intensity of expression in more serious programs and i always enjoyed watching her in galas a bit more so her show stuff is perfect for me. And Kaori, Jason and Kazuki are lovely to watch when they're having fun, i find myself smiling all the way through Kaori's love shack number. Post competition Yuzuru has been so great to watch, I couldn't have imagined we'd have so much more to see after he retired, with the added bonus of no stress of scores or random judging to decipher.
