And I will close this with the words of Elizabeth Bennet from Jane Austen's "Pride & Prejudice" - her reply to Darcy after she had declined his challenge of dancing a reel in the drawing room: "And now despise me if you dare!" If things change, they'll be here waiting.. 💜 Oh, I don't dislike the song - it's quite fitting for the purpose of Yuzu doing a cheerful happy dance I even have it playing in my mind since yesterday (alternating with "One Summer's Day" - I do tend to acquire very persistent and totally misbehaving musical earworms) --- but only because of Yuzu's dance. As regards the eventuality of my becoming a BTS fan - well, since I didn't get 'caught' on first (or second) view, it's not going to happen, ever ! I'm a 'first sight, first love' girl - it has been that way with all my 'crushes' from early teenage years onwards; and my-oh-my, I did have a big heap of violent all-consuming crushes in my youth Yuzu has also captured me at first sight, only I would not call him a 'crush' - what I feel for him is a deep and abiding admiration for his skating and his lovely & adorable personality (Of course, his being quite a handsome lad does not detract from his appeal either but that alone would not suffice if he didn't also have such a plethora of admirable traits and talents.)

Life would be so dull without a few good crushes. As for me, Yuzu piqued my interest 2 or 3 times before I finally fell in deep with him for good... but his good looks only dawned on me gradually. At first I was just wondering why Brian was coaching him at Sochi. Then the cheekiness of Parisienne Walkways made me smile. Aftet that, Yuzu channelled Prince for LGC and I couldn't get over it. Then came his tremendously perfect skate of H&L at World 2017 and by then I was well and truly hooked. But I think the first time Yuzu's looks truly took my breath away was Origin 1.0 - he was just stunning in that.
March 13, 20233 yr God, I was so busy last weekend. Will be so busy this week and next week and take a short break for fasting month. I'll try to catch up reading all NS posts at night. I watch Requiem on YT but don't have THAT feeling as I watched it when I was so sleepy. Please please please upload all the videos later.

March 13, 20233 yr Spoiler Truly sorry to ask this and spoil the wonderful mood following 3 magnificent shows. Something has blown up on twt about NHK. People are very upset and are demanding apologies, criticising NHK very heavily and particularly as the programme was aimed at younger viewers.
