Maiia - good job, she's lovely, but I think Beth Hart is way too mature choice of music for her, doesn't work for me, but she's definitely doing fine job.

Yeah I am sorry for Liza that her jumps are UR, because she is a very nice skater anyway

Dasha - great job! Emotionally, I'm not in, but maybe it's me (I find it hard to get into programs recently, they all seems the same to me). She looks ready for the olympic fight  well done

My ears are bleeding after Usacheva's skate. I think the music overpowers her. The elements are fine, 2A, 3Lz, 3F-3T, nice spins but that's all.

Is it a new program for Sofia or just the costume is the same? She wore it last season.

Her jumps are still problematic...3F-3T heavily UR, 2A, 3Lz couldn't rotate it either

Sofia - even if I'm not a fan of her skating as well as music and costumes choices, I like that she dares to do what she likes and how she likes so I'm always routing for her  Hope she can continue skating the way she enjoys it for herself.

Beautiful program for Kseniia  I like how she performs every little details with great attention, she is also very musical. 2A, 3F, 3Lz-3T 

That was stunning! Ksenia might be my fav Russian skater rn. She's unique, has the beauty of movements, own style, interesting choreo and the skills and makes me feel sth (finally!). And what a beautiful dress  

What a gorgeous programme from Kseniia.  Adore the delicate way she uses her hands and arms and the interpretation of that choreography.  Beautiful.

I didn't really understand Anna's program, I think the choreo and music didn't go together. It might be her weakest SP so far...2A, 3F, 3Lz and she was hesitating for a moment whether she should add the loop but then she didn't do it

Ania - did she miss a combo? Or I missed it?  I don't get that program, to be honest, very busy, typical DG choreo, which has not much to do with the rhytm and atmosphere of the music. She performs the movements well, but those are just movements, they don't build anything together.

So we have exactly the same feelings

Alyona - she looks in pretty good form and we know she's great, but very focused on tehcnique today, not much expression

Yeah. She is musical but that is all, those are really just busy movements put together but it isn't a complete program.

No, she missed the combo. She did 3Lz-3Lo in the warm-up but she missed it in the program.

 

Hmm Alena - 3A steps out and she put her hand down, 3Lz, 3F-3T. I don't know if I am too sold on this program but I see more potential in it than in Anna's.

 

 

Trusova also goes for the 3A but she falls. I have to admit the red hair with red costume looks cool!
