Interpark NEVER accepted that i an ARMY, officially, in spite of pleading and stressing the time element.  Weverse never let me know how to change my email address, which had to be the problem - so no Hobi for me.

Sadly 😔.

Although even if you had gotten your email changed, your chances of winning were infinitesima anywsy.

Aren't membership pre-sales usually announced only on Weverse? That was the case for every ticket I've gotten for BTS

One question solved, just received an email with the link for the membership pre-sale. Guess prices and options will be a surprise tomorrow.....

Changing the email address on Weverse can only be done through their Customer Service https://help.weverse.io/weverse/inquiry?depth1=Member+Info&depth2=Change%2FVerification

You have to count in several days until they reply to you, so last minute requests are pretty much a no go.

Thanks - I will try it.   Must be a different dept than regular customer service.  I had given them days and multiple requests.  But if that's the reason Interpark isn't working, I still want to get it to work for upcoming anything in Korea...

A little tip from someone who has worked in Customer Service. Multiple requests will not speed up the process. The norm is usually always: work from oldest updated thread to newest.

It really depends what system they work with (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc) but if you send a new email in, the system will automatically attach it to the original request if it recognises it as being the same query and push it to the bottom of the queue as it will consider it an update. So you're back to the beginning. I had one too many arguments about this with customers in the past who don't get that large corporations don't work with normal inboxes like Gmail. Even worse, sometimes agents won't even see what emails are coming in unless the system assigns it to them. That was the norm at Booking.com. I literally had to go into the reservation of the customer to see what emails they sent.

That being said, I think we all agree that CS from Weverse is rubbish.

Wow - Yes, I always have had to send inquiries multiple times, and often get a response that has nothing to do with the question.  I tried that link and if one is not prepared immediately, one cannot even send it.  There seems to be a time allowance....  I'lll keep trying...

I'd just like to be able to access Interpark.  I had written Weverse a couple of times and the best they could come up with was telling me to go to Interpark to get tickets for Hobi.  And great that I wanted to go...blah blah blah.

Of course, I may need to choose another category to inquire under.  Weverse and Interpark share a laissez-faire when it comes to customer satisfaction.

So, unless I want to go to Mexico City, I, as a Global Membership ARMY, cannot even sign up for the Hobi tour presale.  Take a look:

https://weverse.io/bts/notice/24646

And, without a billing address in the US, I can't sign up for US ARMY membership either

What the f**king HELL is That!

Evidently, that's a new thing?  I know that I had to have a Global membership to try (and the operative word here is "try") for a Seoul ticket, but that is an Interpark requirement,  I'd go ahead IMMEDIATELY and contact Weverse about this.  No Canadians need apply?  This is not how the Yoongi tour was.  When BTS has their world tour 0 whenever - will Canada be left in the cold totally?  This is ridiculous.

It isn't enough to buy the USA membership?  You can use my address but that's different than a billing address.  I bought Global, but it wasn't so much that I felt too ripped off, and maybe it will mean I can try to shows in Canada when they come there...

Also - it wasn't TM who had the LA BMO site for the TXT show.  And, note: no prices listed yet. And only two tickets per person per credit card - that's a change. Is this TM policy or Hybe?  I have a bad feeling about it.

Got my ticket😁🥳.

It was the most relaxed ticket sale ever, no waiting line and you could select your seat on the map.

Now needing to book me a hotel and train (and get my vacation day approved)
