But then I'd be happy watching him read his thesis for Waseda or listen to him give a lengthy and detailed description of the finer points of skate-lacing... his voice is nice and his knowledge is deep so it's bound to be interesting regardless.

That's why I said he can easily opt out on the interviews. But in the end of the day, it's his practice. He can make it as casual as he would like or as big as an event if he chose to. I've always envisioned the boards to be peppered with ads/sponsors every time he uses the rink but gotta hand it to Yuzu for keeping it as is 

I too wouldn't mind the lectures although I'll understand nothing lol

Actually, I'd like to hear from him on this 😂 I still haven't found the right way to lace up my skating boots quickly, effectively and effortlessly, it really baffles me how he can do that.

 

I hope one day he records some kind of masterclasses, let it be advanced or seemingly basic stuff. I love all sorts of "how to's" in general, when they come from experts with a deep understanding of body and movement, and his way of thinking, feeling his body, and the demonstrations like the one with 'how to turn your arm into a wing'  from Prologue (his lines there... ) would be something I could definitely pay for.

Do you recall someone posted from Notte audience that they heard Yuzu from behind the curtain saying "shu pah" and surmised that he was preparing himself to perform Conquest of Paradise, undoubtedly this is what was happening. On reading their account I thought for a few seconds what if this was Yuzu trying to teach Kohei the principles of FS jumps!!! Hehe just a fun thought

Speaking of lectures I'm ready to sit through, we all know that Yuzu is a very nice looking dude to say the least, but when he gets all technical and starts to go into detail on what he's an expert at... My jaw was on the floor during that TV Asahi special where he was talking about his Beijing 4A, his attractiveness skyrocketed in a second for me, it's unreal 🫥😭
