Yes, he is. But it's more than motivation, more than psychology, it's actually very informative to see the best representative of your speciality - sport, music, art, craft - in action up close. One of the young skaters said in the interview that it was the first time she had seen a quad jump with her own eyes. Iirc, Yuzu managed to complete his first quad toe in tournament after watching one of the top skaters during practice before his first big international event. It just clicked, because by observing up close, he was able to gain himself the information he was missing, as it was very difficult to convey purely theoretically. Being well instructed is one thing, experiencing first-hand how it actually works is something else entirely. Especially if you get the best possible, more than textbook example.

The merchandise orders are supposed to ship before the Gift show, so that those who have ordered would receive items that they might need at the show if they are lucky to win tickets.

How truly delightful would it be to win a ticket and be able to wave the Gift flag carried in the Gift shopper with keychain and use to binoculars and then and then and and and ....
