That was absolutely beautiful! I’m glad that the girl was able to take inspiration from yuzu and got a wonderful surprise from him :tumblr_inline_mto5hwcNlg1qid2nw: I’m also so so happy that yuzu was able to have the redemption skate he needed for rondo. It was amazing and the best version of rondo we have ever seen. He skated so smoothly and fast- pro skater yuzu is definitely on a higher level!

anyone else clap frantically when Hanyu did the first sal jump in Rondo??? aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

 

this is my first time watching Hanyu's show (?) on time, and it has it own thrills, eh? 

And also, this is embarassing (and shows how coward i am), but this is also my first time watch Rondo in full version......... i always thought it is too complicated (the music, not Hanyu's skating), or too heavy (i mean, Hanyu's skating) but i think from now on i can rewatch this program :tumblr_inline_mqt4graWWO1qz4rgp: yup this is a beautiful program

 

(and so many clips of (natural) disasters, it hits different when i realize the area i am living in is prone to earthquake too :" ) bless all natural disaster victims)

I held my breath when the Sal came up. Tbh I teared up a little watching this. Finally a better and happier memory of Rondo for Yuzu and all of us. Miura’s story also made me cry, I hope better things await her and her family. Such a really fitting place for Yuzu to heal himself from his Beijing experience and at the same time provide healing to others too.

I have no words. It’s a dark rink with no logo, no banners, no screaming crowds, no judges. He skated on his own terms and with only a single audience to watch him live. But Yuzu who always did and showed his best, that sole witness to his clean Rondo is the one that probably mattered the most. I’m really happy for Yuzu and hope he’s really at peace now with his past experience in Beijing. I’m also happy and praying for Miura and her family. On that day, Yuzu healed not only himself but others too.

With that wonderful rendition of Roncapu, all of the ghosts of the past have been banished back to whence they came, and good riddance. 

 

With the performance of Seimei, the shikigami are contained so that they cannot wreak their mischief in the mortal realm.

The green lighting evokes the scene of Seimei running through the bamboo forest.
