No I don't expect them to comment live on broadcast while the ladies FS is happening but they may be interviewed and then shown key clips from the FS and asked for their opinions

I wasn't prepared for this avalanche of Yuzu content today (including 14 Axels). Another day at work ruined.

 

btw I spotted Denis at today's practice. But he placed low, how is he invited to the gala?

According to Megan Duhamel, the practice rink is still open for skaters who want to continue practicing, especially for worlds coming up.  They can’t really afford a week vacation if they have/want to stay in Korea.

I believe the rinks are open for whatever practice they want to do. Deniss might be practicing for Worlds. Misha also posted a picture from the practice rink with Brezina.

Not sure if he actually is invited or not, but gala invitations are not only about placement but also about who the organizers think the audience will want to see. That's why Misha or Elladj for example often get invited, despite maybe lower placements than others, because they're tons of fun in shows and people love them.

Yeah, the schedule has blocks of additional  practice post-competition for those staying. There will also be specific practice time for those invited to the gala for their EX programs and also practice for the Gala itself.
