  1. https://t.co/LuYB3eHfyQ The details on the right: "If not figure skating, what kind of sports suits Yuzu well ?" In brief, Mr. Takaoka (a sport analyst ?) assumed that Yuzu had great potential for ski, snowboarding and more He pinpointed that it had sth to do with MUSCLE STRENGTH required for certain sports. Also added that rather than being a baseball player who needed dynamic muscle strength (瞬発力), Yuzu suited much better or had great potential with sports as mentioned which required muscle strength of uniform velocity (等速性筋力). The details on the left: As you know, in 2010, Yuzu(16) was invited as an honorary guest to toss out the first ball for home team "Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles" at the Opening Ceremony of a baseball game in Sendai. He had a "nearly" fine delivery. His pitching (curve ball ?) was so close to a strike, but finally judged as a ball. The twitter's details: "While sorting out my magazines, I found out this info. I had a feeling that Yuzu could manage to participate in the Olympic Game with his skateboard! Anyway, it's good that he chose figure skating...Thanks to his home rink."
  2. Another text book for kids to learn English in Japan. --------------------------------------------------- Next, look at the Birthday List of famous sport players, entertainers, etc., then fill in the blank with a proper English word by following the example. Example: Yuzuru Hanyu 12/7 : December seventh 1) Haruki Murakami 1/12 : January ___________ 2) Masaharu Fukuyama 2/6 : February __________ 3) Lady Gaga 3/28 : March ____________ 4) Albert Einstein 3/14 : March ____________ 5) Kei Nishikori 12/29 : December_________ https://t.co/bOqrLvMl6g "It's written: Yuzu's birthday is on my daughter's textbook." --------------------------------------------------- To learn sth this way is much more fun, isn't it? Quite a good appeal to students! Don't you think so?
  3. https://t.co/aTgPJiyAEz http://www.chugoku-np.co.jp/local/news/article.php?comment_id=346794&comment_sub_id=0&category_id=112 A public relations magazine published by Etajima City (Hiroshima Prefecture). What to do with Yuzu is that the garlands for the Gold Medalists at the 2017 World Team Thropy was made by the people there. The land itself is known for the products of olive but not really well-known throughout the country. The city announced that Yuzu really put their city on the map because of his popularity. It was reported in their local newspaper as well that so many phone calls rang from Yuzu's fans all over the country to ask for this magazine Yes, a youth full of vigor as well as achievements like brings vitality to everywhere. 4. Sorry indeed , the below topic was posted here by mistake. Already moved the content to "General Yuzuru Chat". Dear yuzuangel, please forgive me "Another text book for kids to learn English in Japan"
  5. "In a sudden, Yuzu appeared on TBS TV's evening news program, 'News Su-Ta'(Channel 6) " It was about the campaign:"Blood Donation from 20 years of age" which Yuzu had worked as an image character for 3 years. For your reference, in fact, it has been discussed among the concerns for a long time that this phrase was not appropriate and should be changed because it caused misunderstanding. (And as you may have already known, this year was decided the last one for this campaign.) The misunderstanding that should be cleared up is blood donation can be done at the ages of 16~69 and the weights : 200 ml =Male 45'kgs~/Female 40 kgs~ ; 400 ml =Male&Female 50 kgs~. Also, the main purpose of this news's special corner was actually about what should be done to appeal to the youngsters and many more people to donate their blood due to the severe shortage of blood storage. Things are under consideration. As to your request and as I didn't watch this TV program myself, I tried my best in a rush to add in my knowledge about this matter so please be apologized if there is any mistake.
  6. Have these beautiful things been posted? https://t.co/JcaaFO9I2L https://t.co/CGTEMluRu4 https://t.co/uzSIlSS17O Have a nice day
  7. https://t.co/KT1dB0MjvP I guess many people would love to be Junior High School students again According to this twitter, it's a textbook for Moral Education in Junior High Schools here. 6 pages with plenty of Yuzu's pictures as reported will draw enough attention from a class for ethical training, particularly if the students are his fans, aren't they ? Anyway, as it's a supplementary reader, there's a possibility of not being used at school, but on your own...
  8. https://t.co/ZJOUJApR8L Why not have a look at how Japanese people commented about this sleeping beauty. "What to say, a doll or Yuzu? Yuzu or a doll?" "Just as it is." "His nose is taller than the doll's one.Just beautiful..." "The tone and glossiness of his lips as well as the shape of his eyebrows are better than the doll." "OMG! He has it all---what one can expect from an ideal face!" "His ceramic-like skin is better than the doll's. Everything is stunning!" "His pureness which comes out of his inner beauty, this kind of sensation is beyond expression." "Yeah, I can only breathe a sigh....." "Not 'Snow White' but a snow-white Prince." --------------------------------------------- An extra one as Yuzu's coach...just beautiful and pleasant to look at it, don't you think so ? https://t.co/ocIZuP3s2w
  9. Another athlete who said something nice about Yuzu. The 2016 World Junior Table-Tennis Champion, Tomokazu HARIMOTO (born 27.6.2003) from Sendai (Currently, living in Tokyo). He's a Japanese with Chinese parents, former table-tennis players. His dad is also his coach even now. One of the promising athletes who is much talked about by now. In fact, he's now participating in World Table-Tennis Championships held in Germany ( 29.5~5.6.2017) at the age of 13 ! "The athlete I look up to the most is Yuzuru Hanyu." https://t.co/bRj7yq7L2f His close-up picture, for an idea. https://t.co/3qLJ04a57z His gesture like this when he's satisfied with his play has become a topic of conversation. https://ord.yahoo.co.jp/o/realtime/RV=1/RE=1496451203/RH=b3JkLnlhaG9vLmNvLmpw/RB=/RU=aHR0cHM6Ly90LmNvL1p3TVNGNEtUWkY-/RS=^ADBVJn7jGRyYLdqnrZSBwkRqiQVjPE-;_ylt=A2RCL6EDtzBZ8DsA0Tpol_p7;_ylu=X3oDMTJjcGRmNTRvBHBvcwM0BHNlYwNzcgRzbGsDdHdsdXJsBHR3aWQDODcwNDIzNzg2MTI1ODc3MjQ5BHR3dWlkAzI4NjE4NDQ3MjYEdnRpZANqcGMwMDY- Edit:Just knew a couple of minutes ago that this kid had just beaten Mr.Mizutani, the bronze medalist of Rio 2016 Olympics! https://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/article?a=20170601-00010011-theanswer-spo
  10. https://t.co/OiCY5cI18z Here we go: " During '2015 Dreams on Ice', Yuzu (the Olympic Champion) helped staffs to resurface the ice. As usual, nothing has changed for him to express his gratitude to the ice as well as his tender/kind heart towards anyone. Whenever I catch a glimpse of him, I feel I'm so happy and at the same time fortunate to be his fan. And what's that!? .....the whiteness of his arms just dazzled my eyes ! " That's his nature How dare 'someone' say that is arrogant.
  11. https://t.co/vAeXdtuUZU It's written,"On my way home, when I walked down Takeshita Street (The Japan's most famous street for the youngsters/Harajuku Area,Tokyo), oh! Ken-chan! (I think she meant a guy in "Johnny's", a group of singers)....then...how come Yuzu's there!!! Why on earth was he there !?!(laugh) The one who's a figure skater like Yuzu... His smile doesn't lose to any idol, anyway." On his poster:"Arrival of (new) photos" and "Idols On Stage, to B1 floor, please". That's reality even as you know, Yuzu's always made himself clear to any media when they treated/questioned him as if he's an idol that he's an athlete
  12. Hello! May I give you a hand ? It's written,"Haniwa Hani Hanyu Hanyuu". Yes, kinda you play with words! Btw, "Haniwa" is a clay figure placed in/by an ancient burial mound(tomb), as shown on the left side of the picture. The figures could be weapons, animals, daily utensils, etc to show the status of the owner of the mound during the Tumulus Period. Also please be noted that in Japan at the present time, in a sense, Haniwa doesn't represent sth to make you feel gloomy or any negative impact,... but sth cute !! Hope this is understandable to you
  13. A summary of Yuzu's comments on this product. If It's already done, pls ignore it. It's already been 3 years since he began to use it. The one he uses now is the 2nd one (of this product). No need to have your batteries recharged during a trip as it can last for 5~7 days. Besides, there are modes/functions available that you can even enjoy when using it. And he continued (replying to their questions), "When you jump or spin, you clench your teeth. When your teeth do not come together right or if you have a toothache, you then don't really have energy left for that. Or when you have problem with your gums or your teeth are congested with blood, you surely feel a pain...THE THING is teeth is very important for all skaters. My teeth has been really in good condition since then, no cavity and so on." Below is the P&G product, Electric Toothbrush "Braun Oral B Platina Black" that in fact Yuzu's used in his daily life. The price is ¥30,750 ( US$270 ?) https://www.amazon.co.jp/ブラウン-オーラルB-プラチナブラック-電動歯ブラシ-D345456X/dp/B00DGIDYZQ?SubscriptionId=175BC0N2BCT0X4DAZG82&tag=amebablog-a2385203-22&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B00DGIDYZQ Simply wonder why P&G doesn't have him introduce any of their products on TV but Internet. Don't you think it's likely that a huge number of their customers are Yuzu's fans ? And as you can tell, how promising he is and the market is !
  14. Definitely, you may say that again......and again.......and again Please also find below, another source of this info with a little tiny picture of Yuzu on. https://t.co/PdD1mVGcQC
  15. Hi! Here's a piece of news from Japan. Haven't really followed the posts for nearly a week so not sure this has been posted yet. Anyway, please feel free to delete. Briefly, it was only about a praise for Yuzu from a well-known Japanese Baseball Player, Yuki Saito. [He was the one who's called "Hankachi Oji (Hankerchief Prince)" since his High School's days due to the fact that he used it whenever he soaked with sweat.] The paper mentioned that after the game at Sapporo last year, someone persuaded him to go to see a figure skating competition where he first watched Yuzu LIVE. "Even after he failed, he did enjoy what he's doing and could express himself or what he wanted to show to the public.", said Mr.Saito about Yuzu who won at 2016 NHK Trophy. He pointed out that he hadn't enjoyed the sport for a long time and that Yuzu gave him the inspiration/courage to enjoy what he's doing. He said this in his interview after he'd led the team "Nippon Ham" (same to Mr.R.Otani) to win the game last night (31.5.2017) after 623 days from his latest victory! Below are the sources, also the ones from a local TV program, "Dosanko Wide". (For yr reference, "Dosanko" means Hokkaido-born person. In previous days, it was the word used only for a horse born/ raised up in Hokkaido. Nowsaday, you may have heard about "Dosanko Ramen" and so on ) https://t.co/cgKdHqoVQx https://t.co/rrQ8sZZ8rd https://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20170601-00000011-spnannex-base

  17. In fact, I was about to post about this in details but it's too long , and it's my lunch time when I found this topic, so .... If you don't mind, please let me add only to the point of "The Athletes mostly wanted to be watched live broadcast from mobile phone by Japanese (500) women". 4 out of 10 are figure skaters and are as follows: 1st: Yuzu ; 4th:M.Asada; 5th:S.Uno; 9th:M.Honda. Will come back later,

  19. As it's sth to do with Yuzu.....from a TV program in Kansai, "Yoi-Don!"("Ready Go!") According to this twitter, on May 23, Oda-san made a visit to an "Okonomiyaki" restaurant in Shin-Fukae area (Osaka) to interview its well-known owner there. Even though she'd been suffering a fracture, she kept standing at her working place, with strong professional consciousness. She insisted, "I 'm a challenger all of my life. When I feel I've had enough of my career, I'll r****." Oda-san's response to that was,"(You're) Yuzuru Hanyu of Okonomiyaki's World!" https://t.co/mCkoo54fsl
  20. A photo book for this year's FaOI Don't think there was sth like this before. Maybe because of "Yuzu's Effects" https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4087808157/
