Diciamo che non è che si possono chiamare così, è che quando sei nel "fandom" per un po' sviluppi il tuo lessico ecco :grin: In inglese molti le chiamano Dai aunties, ma è meno connotato negativamente ecco, un po' generico. Se vedi qualcuno parlare di Fanyu non prenderla in maniera troppo positiva, spesso quando ci si riferisce così ai fan di yuzuru non è per tesserne le lodi ecco. Io, personalmente, preferisco definirmi persona di buon gusto :s_tongue *non prendermi troppo sul serio, credo :rofl2:*

Yes agree about their SS (personally prefer Wakaba too) and choreo. Satoko's problem is Lori's bland empty program...she doesn't know how to work with Satoko's skating at all (but the again, imho Lori works for very few skaters and not always). If she ends up changing both programs I hope she'll get the SP from Lori, at least the damage will be a bit limited. I quite liked Massimo's work with Wakaba, but I would like to see her with a program by Jeff in the seasons to come. Shae really worked for her yes. Marin isn't my favourite japanese lady (I like Wakaba more) but I love her SS, her skating is so soft and fluid :3 Not a fan of her jumps either, but I don't see her losing them, as she grew quite a lot this season, I think her growth spurt happened this year. I'm really curious about her sister (Sara, not Miyu) because she's apparently really talented (but she's like 9, so don't mind me xD). Rika is my favourite junior, though I'm pretty excited about Trusova and Eunsoo. I think she's already improved a lot especially since her novice days, so I hope she'll keep the trend there. (lol Yamada-who-shall-not-be-named then :s_wink I've always wondered how Mao's jumping technique could have been if she had not started with yamada tbh.)

Yep exactly. Considering how easy Wakaba's 2A is (and goe) a second 3lz3t is just plain stupid. She basically hit that jumping pass only at WTT, otherwise it's pretty much a pop most of the time. Yes loop combos are lovely to look at, her 3lz3lo was gorgeous tbh. :love: Mmmm, I have not see Wakaba live (please be in Milan next year and thank you), while I've seen Satoko...imo the field in which Satoko is clearly the best is TR. I think Wakababy can keep up in SS, already. If she keeps improving I agree re: IN and PE. Yes Mai was so cute all season, I loved that she managed to rise through the ranks, especially considering that she spent the second half of the season hospitalised last season. Her jumps are really effortless, Kobe looks great in terms of technique now. Hamada is better at polishing talent imho (while I like Marin her technique isn't exactly great on toe-jumps .-.) so I think Rika is in the right place to improve a lot too. I'm curious to see the new juniors/novice. (Yamada...I'm just surprised she hasn't destroyed Yamashita's lutz already tbh. But then again, I haven't seen her since jgp so who knows :acceptable: )

Yeah, my biggest problem with them is their layout tbh...Yep, she's soooo young, it's pretty incredible how mature she looks, she's a really great performer, considering how young she is. I just hope she'll have an easier season in terms of health, so that she can be a bit more consistent. I'd give her higher PCS than Mai already, but we all know you need consistency and results to get good PCS now. And Wakaba is one of the most underscored skaters when it comes to that. (ot: in her junior days I loved her 3lz3lo :love:) Yep, I definitely see Kaori with a 3A she's such a powerful jumper. Actually both Kobe girls have really great potential, they just need to polish it a bit, but they have great technique which is always a good sign :love: I hope they won't have any problems, I always get too attached to junior skaters.

I honestly doubt she'll change in general, she recently said she feels great with her current team, so I don't see it happening anytime soon. Which is a shame, all she needs is a better layout. Agree re: programs, her SP was my favourite SP of the season among ladies, and her LP wasn't bad at all. I'm curious about music choices for next season...these programs really highlighted how mature she is as a performer Yes, ladies with a 3A her 3A looked super impressive, I do hope she'll land it in competition soon. It could be a great push for her too, especially since Japanese ladies have only 2 spots. (Rika is just unreal tbh )

I don't think it's drama, I think it's facts, it's just some people that twist it into drama (because we are "oh-so-crazy-haters".) :grin: I mean, I love Wakaba, but if someone tells me that she has a lip I won't tell them they're haters, so...I don't do double standards :tongue:

Same thoughts. Satoko and Shoma have same issues (both being tiny) with jumps but somehow you can say anything about her and nothing about him without being stigmatized? I quite liked Shoma as junior, when he was doing just triples. Even his 4T wasn't too bad at his first year of doing it. Btw reports from PIW mention him trying 4Lz at the shows. Seriously :ohno: Yep exactly. But it's not just that they don't call the edge and urs or address prerotation issues, they even award it high GOEs lol Which is why he goes for it.

yes but that is what bothers me the most There are other things he should work on, rather than a 4lze (with 270 degrees of prerotation .___.) If the judges followed the handbook he wouldn't be tempted to do that lol

My main issue is the amount of prerotation. I also dislike the fact that if you address it you're labeled as a hater, while people talk about it for Satoko for example, without any problems...but that's another story. I also think he should get an edge call for that lutz, the fact that he's trying 4lz (which is both prerotated and has a wrong edge) is very... I think that if he wasn't so concerned with upping his BV he could develop/improve certain things about his skating that I quite dislike now (like lack of transitions), but at this point I'm not sure it will happen any time soon tbh, which is a shame.

(I know, but Zorro made for a great joke lol) But he did not say traditional Spanish music, but character, so Don Quixote qualifies. The original character is spanish xD I wonder what he will recycle for SP, it seems like it could be music he used for a previous free, since he said he'd be revisiting an old friend by taking part of the music.

I don't speak spanish but from what I gathered he'll bring back an "old friend" for the SP, not same program, but part of its music. LP will be a famous Spanish character. (There first thing that came to my mind was Zorro LOL)

Io di anime ne ho visti e per me YOI è tra i peggiori sulla piazza per certi aspetti xD L'animazione è a dir poco inguardabile XD e con questo chiudo a riguardo (non avere dubbi sul fatto che sia un bene esista te lo lascio scusa XD) lol Non so se ho colto la tua domanda (sorry) ma non è una mentalità che ha acquisito arrivato a Toronto imho. Sul perché si distingua dagli altri per questo...perché gli altri prendono la strada più diretta per arrivare alla vittoria: non puoi competere con Yuzuru sulla qualità, quindi incrementando il BV hanno maggiore possibilità di vittoria in caso di errori suoi. Sacrificano tanta qualità ma se a loro sta bene così... (a me un po' meno XD) Yuzuru compete contro se stesso, lo ha detto lui stesso. Non penso sia corretto definirlo lampo di genio; penso sia più una mentalità/visione del pattinaggio stesso. Non nasce così, di botto, è un progetto a lungo termine basato sulla volontà di costruire programmi in cui i salti stessi sono parte della coreografia. Probabilmente non ti ho risposto, ma è l'unica cosa sensata che ho da dire xD Per dire, la costruzione del programma con 4 quadrupli la ha in mente da anni xD

Yuzuru è una persona vera, con una storia sua (che supera la fantasia di qualunque scrittore), un suo percorso di vita e una carriera che non ha nulla a che vedere con quella di un personaggio inventato. E' stato brutto vedere il fandom invaso da gente che pensava esattamente il contrario e parecchi fan hanno reagito male per quello. Ovviamente ciò non toglie che per molte persone, tipo te, sia stata l'occasione decisiva per appassionarsi a questo bellissimo sport e quindi ben venga! Purchè tutto rimanga sotto la giusta luce. /rant Detto ciò, spero davvero che tu possa goderti una gara dal vivo al più presto perchè vale davvero la pena, anche se non c'è Yuzu (ma se c'è è meglio, certo :grin: ). He is doing different choreo for that though right? Will there be a different music cut and costume? I am quite looking forward to his short as well. I think violin pieces suit him really well... even though a lot of people said that his short this year felt a bit "generic" in comparison to his free, I quite liked it... I did not like his short...I think many people might feel it's generic also because both Mao Asada and Tatsuki Machida used the same music before and with better results imo. I don't know if you've seen those programs though :s_yes

Ricchezza del programma e qualità degli elementi a parte, ho sempre trovato fantastico come questo programma porti fuori ogni volta un lato diverso di Yuzuru :love: Poi viene Seimei.
