I'm still learning about how competitions really work and what's needed, what's not. Would Yuzu need to do the GPs to get qualified for another competition? No, right? But the GPs do count for world ranking as far as I understand. But how is Yuzu selected for nationals and for Worlds (and maybe for 4CC)? I suppose the nationals are granted, but to get to worlds, it's in relation to the points from the last 2 seasons or something? I need to find a comprehensive post about how these selections are made and on how high ranking skaters need to be to secure spots for various comps 🙈
