Alright, here are some positive takes on why we should expect good news tomorrow: 1. Yuzu did say himself that he was happy, in the end, with Beijing - he's glad that he participated and that he performed to his best of his ability at the time 2. FaOI interviews were all on positive notes - determined, fired up, giving his 150%, still wanting to go for the 4A, trying out new style and things (such as dancing) 3. Beijing was a tough, weird (to say the least) competition - I highly doubt Yuzu will go out with that as his last competition, even if it was the Olympics 4. Remember FaOI OPs from all stops? Remember that raised fist at the end of each OPs' end? Remember how at the very last stop, in Shizuoka, on day 3, Yuzu FINALLY raised his pointer? That also makes me think he's not done yet. These are just 4 positive things that came to mind when I broadened my perspective. Tomorrow's presscon might be something unusual as I understood he doesn't normally do presscons before the start of the season. Unusual doesn't always mean bad.

I'm seeing way too many opinions - many convinced that he's retiring, an equal or maybe more opinions that he's continuing, a lot of people speculating about something having to do with official change of base - we are all speculating and giving each other anxiety through the roof. It's normal what we're doing, but we're also torturing ourselves. I suggest a nice dose of Yuzu skating videos to calm us all down.

https://w2.countingdownto.com/4258888 I made a very simple countdown, I don't know how/if I can embed it in a post

This is just extreme... This post has been tagged by yuzuangel as [NEWS].

It doesn't, thank you for sharing

I never saw this until now... wow, under show lights it's impossible to tell where the zipper is
-
I think the hoodie is separate or somehow it detaches from the costume. I think the tank-top underneath is sewed in with the pants, so that's the jumpsuit. I don't know who the costume designer is this time (maybe Satomi, maybe not), but I think that even if it's a full jump-suit (the hoodie undetachable) then they are very sneaky on how they places zippers/ways of fastening it up.
-
Now I can only think of Yuzu's costumes as onesies because, essentially, that's what most of them are
-
So the quality of the video simply was not good enough to show the super small zipper line down the rest of the back - thank you!

To pass the time while waiting for the cursed assignments, I have a very important question. How does Yuzu's LMEY costume get put on? Like where is the zipper? In between the shoulder blades, down to where the studs end, there's a zipper. But the "shallow" height makes me think that's impossible to put on and take off the costume just by unzipping that tiny part. The rest of the back is smooth - this is a screenshot taken from this video around the 16:25-16:30 min mark - the back can be better seen when the video is playing. I started this conversation with someone and their theory is that there's another zipper running down Yuzu's leg, but it could also just be a trick of the light. Does anyone have an answer to this?

What if people refrained from buying Finland tickets until announcements are out? What if no one would put any money in ISU's pockets without those assignments?...
-
There are still 2 weeks in between Espoo and GPF. However, if he were to do NHK, then he'd have 3 weeks in between. Assuming he gets Skate Canada, that'd be a 3-week gap between SC & NHK too. Otherwise it'd be a 4-week gap between SC & Espoo. Logically, it'd be best with NHK instead of Espoo... but again, Yuzu did do GP assignments that took place 2 weeks apart Permutations, combinations and arrangements, I'm tired of them
-
The pic really wasn't there earlier, but wouldn't they use the pic exactly for marketing purposes? And if they are not using it for that... are they leaking 1 assignment, then? 😂
-
In this case, assignments are clearly not going to be out today. So hope for tomorrow then
-
Don't worry, ISU web page is still up. When that crashes, it's time to worry (I hope I'm not jinxing it)
-
Twitter's down, now's the moment to throw the phone away and rely on other people to keep an eye out for those assignments, lol

Completely off-topic, I just noticed that the Indonesian flag is identical with the Monaco one
-
The GP locations are no longer on the ISU website, what in the world?
-
According to rumours, yes
-
I understand what you mean, but I highly doubt his age has anything to do with his decision

Official confirmation for Sheffield

The cult thing threw me off, but the article is decently positive. It just so happens that FS is a sport primarily followed by women - why this has to be reflected by using terms which can be interpreted as derogatory, I don't know...

I also tried with a video a few days ago, @yuzuangelhelped. Maybe they could help again?
