    Afaik copyright isn't an issue with music used in skating bc the music is not used for profit. The reason Yuzu seeked permission for H&L was to respect Hisaishi's original intentions as the music editor explained in this inerview. From what I got this is not an issue with non-contemporary music (eg. the cut of Ballade) but it's proper etiquette to seek permission from contemporary composers.

    I doubt it's his limit but aesthetically I can't imagine anything higher than that to fit into Seimei's theme. I actually like the spiral we've seen as it is, it's flattering his lines

    I can confirm @Hydroblade is ok... my heart goes out to all the victims of the earthquake and also hurricane Irma. I hope all satellites are safe and that the victims and affected areas recover soon

    hahahah noooo at WTT he landed the 4TLo combo and the gala was epic! I was thinking of attaching all the different commentaries of the FS at the end of the party and whoever survives til the end gets a Planet Hanyu Special BadgeTM from me lmao

    I found out they're offering lessons ("for everyone" but idk if that means one group with skaters across levels) at my local rink, too. I am definitely tempted but the class is on Monday mornings and I'll be full time employed with my thesis next semester. Oh and of course I also don't have much money to spare... I tried calling to ask abt prices but they haven't picked up the phone yet lol Otherwise I'll just have to keep on hoping onlookers will pity me and help me out when I go skating in the evenings. My local rink opens in October and I'm starting to get excited (although I will be away for most of the month booo) Also, I found a skating shop 2 hours by train from here and I'll make a trip there after my exams. I want new skates!
