I think there is. Satomi would need to contact the costume designer of The Matrix though

I'm so sorry to hear this, @alwaysafan. For whatever it's worth, I do send you a massive, tight, virtual hug that I hope can provide some strength for you. Keep fighting! And I wish everyone else a wonderful 2021. It's been shit. Absolute shit (sorry for the language), and we all need to desperately see the light at the end of the tunnel (some more than others). Take care of yourself and your loved ones, keep on fighting, keep on seeing the beauty in this world despite the hardships and love yourselves

Can we have this now for every one of his programs? ETA: Wooo, check the channel out. It has a couple more videos

If he choses a version with better Spanish (Argentinian) pronunciation and a better female tango voice, I could consider it but... The pitch is 1 or 2 octaves too high and there is just no clear voice play which is, in my opinion, absolutely necessary to make it a tango Sorry, my Argentinian side needed to make its critical appearance here. I dunno, I just can't see Yuzu skating to a tango - any tango - and I can't really put my finger on why exactly that is. I liked Yuna Kim's interpretation but even then I missed the intricacies of the foot work and except for the music, it didn't really feel like I was watching someone dance tango. So maybe it's a general thing for me, where I'm unable to connect figure skating with tango. Switching to the spin invalidation now. What do you guys think it would take to make a ruckus, and I mean wreck actual havoc among ISU through fandom to protest against the their questionable ways. Obviously we can only work with SNS from where we are sitting. Maybe a campaign with hashtags and everything?

I'm watching it Just got back in time from a quick run to the shop to buy chocolate

So not even Max knows why the spin was completely invalidated. Those judges need to prepare a full report on their decision. I mean it.

He looks like me when I lipsync in front of the mirror at home

Isn't that based on the novel Mo Dao Zu SHi (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation)? I watched the anime when it came out a couple of years ago and loved it.

Sigh, I wanna pinch his cheeks

There he was, for a second. and he is gone again

They even went through their headlines, but there was not a single photo of his pretty face there.

It's supposed to be, but nothing yet. There was no mention of him either yet, but my Japanese is very limited.

@Fay, you better tag it as NEWS I'm vibrating. Seriously. My pasta got cold because I've been focusing so much on here.

I don't think it's either. He always used to do a Biellmann during his free skates, and the last time (if I'm not wrong), was in Hope & Legacy. Then in 2018-2019 he went onto Origin 1.0 and 2.0 and I can't see that spin working in either of those versions because of the type of music and the power-driven choreo. It can also just simply be because he wanted to switch up his programs and do different stuff. While his hydroblade and Ina Bauers are his trademark moves, I don't think he will use them until the end of his career. Switching up things is also important, otherwise, programs become predictable and monotonous over the years.

@Henni147, yep, that's the one. True. I'll only believe in his participation once I see him on the ice ready to skate He feels too much like a fairy tale, right now. I need to see to believe, and even if I see, I might think I went crazy and still wouldn't believe it.
-
So, Social media is going crazy because Waseda released a poster confirming that 5 of their students, including Yuzu would participate in the nationals. Did I miss something? Has Mr. Hanyu confirmed this himself? I don't believe anyone until he confirms it himself.

Jeezuz, it's like "I-don't-give-a-flying-pig" fest for them. I wish skaters would actually have the common sense to withdraw, scream boycott, even though I know it's practically impossible with the pressure they will receive from the federation and sponsors.

I'm actually amazed that people can go back to full training so soon after recovering from COVID and claiming they would be back to competition. I haven't had it myself (as far as I know) but my mum did and even after 2 months she sometimes finds herself out of breath doing things that were easier for her pre-COVID, apart from still not tasting or being able to smell anything. She is tough as a horse, so this state can only be attributed to having had COVID.
