I tried my best and now the embed works on Safari. However: 1. It doesn't work on Chrome (my main browser), so I have to go to Safari to check the quality 2. The best quality of embed video is max. 360p, while you can watch at max. 480p without login on bilibili site (although 480p is not good either, it's highest resolution without a bilibili account). solution--> attached the original link in the description. 3.
