Anf JK - 11 tracks could mean different versions of the same song (clean/explicit and also instrumental versions - like J in the Box (Hope Edition - 15 tracks!), Freefall, TXT, comes out the 8th so they'll have some time to have the spotlight before JK takes it back again. And Nov 3 sounds about right for him to promote it adequately and, maybe, still enlist by the end of the year (though we've only been told that enlistment dates will be released by December.) I, too, hope for some of his ballads, or covers of quite songs. It can't all be high energy, And in his radio interview today (tomorrow, his time??) he said he'd do a Live at 9pm his time (5 am to me...) and someone asked if Jimin would come on. He said he'd see. Maybe Jimin is doing a collab with him....

November 10 sounds like a realistic JK release date (but still wonder what is up with Jimin - if he has anything ready to go, it is likely a single but, who knows, maybe he will be doing something with JK....) ARMY is always accused of inflating stream and play numbers, but, truly, when ten versions of the same song come out within ten days of the original release, it's the company that is pushing the inflation of numbers. I suppose there are fans who will buy all the versions, but just having so many means a playlist can be created that is nothing but this song. I don't really remember the timing on multiple releases of different versions of Dynamite or Butter, or the different MV of them, but I think there was not a flood of versions released the same day. Some of the Butter MVs were obviously shot at the same time but weren't released at exactly the same time. I wonder who makes the decisions on these things... Do other mainstream artists do the same thing? It's easy to get a song all over the top ten when you have more than ten versions...

It makes me laugh that JK, a whole month after turning 26, knows "everything". It's obviously pointless for anyone to let a just-26 yr old that he is woefully wrong on this. He has SO much to learn and so much to live. He certainly has experiences we don't know about, but "everything"? I expect he'll laugh about this comment a few years from know (when he actually knows twice what he knows now.) What is Jimin up to????? Maybe a single? I don't believe that he (or Tae) is planning on another album. I'd love another Jimin single (don't walk all over TXT, though) but still hopeful that he and Tae (and maybe RM) will announce in the next month or so that they are going to enlist. Thinking of Yoongi in the way back times advising against getting tattoos. That didn't last long. Really, he grew up a wild child with only a bunch of older teenage boys to raise him. He doesn't seem to have any restraints on him (and Tae has not gone down this path - though I don't like him smoking). With Jin and Hobi not around and RM seemingly in a fuzzy world of his own these days, who would he listen to? It makes me anxious about the rest of his album - and also looking forward to his going into the military before he slides much further..... Yes to ARMY streaming the JK only version (me). And I can't believe that the Jack version will get the air time to propel it.

I hope there's an alternate MV - I am not a huge rap fan and wasn't at all until introduced to BTS rap (which makes sense and is not insulting or misogynistic), I really think the Jack lyrics are offensive and will be enough to keep his version from being played on most radio platforms. The alternate version, though - I remember when Hobi's On the Street first came out and being a little disappointed with the J Cole parts, though they really do reflect more what is accepted in US rap (and always wonder if the guys are aware of what the lyrics translate to when they "idolize' US rappers). I just find Jack ick-y. The MV is so busy and mostly fun and JK is great, but I still won't watch it. As of now, it has 7.8M views. It won't begin to approach Seven. And, I too, wonder how RM and Yoongi gave a thumbs up to the APG lyrics. Did they? JK has been so anxious to "grow up" and be considered an adult, but some of the things he thinks of as adult are actually more like what a teenage boy would think of as sexy and cool (like this, like explicit lyrics, like smoking - and even drinking...). Make me wish Jin was around to help guide him.

I didn't realize zerobasepone had such a bi\usy fanbase (especially for a new and very young group.) The website says they drop people every day but I have only seen a few drop off so I haven't a clue when the silly contest ends but I'm trying to vote for Jimin (etc.) many times a day. 40 have been eliminated so I think there must be at lkeast a week left - but aside from the surprise that Jimin was on top of all the BTS guys, nowe I am surpirsed he's running second. Silly me, without seeing the info about the massive Jack Harlow necklace, thought it was Virginia...truly the two states have similar outlines. And I strongly suspect he didn't give that to JK, but loaned it.... This pic from the Hobi grad ceremony tweet (scroll down - it won't let me post the photo I refer to -) shows the scary dance instructor Hobi face (which leads me to believe he employs this with his trainees regularly).

Hobi is present in my head when I sleep - but not haunting. I wonder where that pic was taken. There are quite a few people in the background with sneakers on. I wonder if that's some sort of visiting room at the base.

I did see a tweet that pointed out that if they are all in by Dec 15 (and I somehow doubt they will be - just announce that they are on their way....), they will all be out for FESTA 2025. And that would be awesome.

And JK with a message for ARMY (his English is getting better but I do wonder how much is memorization and how much he understands.) He is in such cutie bunny mode.

Well, I missed it live but watched his Live and then went back to YouTube and scrolled it back to the start of his part. Yup - Bunny JK there tonight. I love that ARMY was there for him, in spite of the rain (it's the remnants of a cyclone roaring up the east coast-). And glad that ARMY all left, en masse, when he was done. I was so surprised they didn't hold on to him until later - it's actually still on and 33K people watching. Also, have to saw I think Latto was vile. And JK didn't even give her a hand shake (or a hug, thank god). I have to think the Korean audience was stunned. Well, the board had to vote on this one - smart move. Just for signing the new contract, each member will be receiving about $15million dollars. Two tweets about it - and , yes having it written that they are committed to each other because they are more than just family. They are BTS. (I loved that someone, in one of the threads, pointed out that, in spite of how much money they actually have, as soon as Run BTS starts shooting again, JK will sell someone out for a $5 coupon. And I know it's true...) Of course, there is the money. But I believe they are genuinely what they say they are. It's enough to make me cry.

Last to comment on this (was busy this morning....) but I am SO relieved that OT7 will be all together in 2025. I suspect that any new contract will allow for some solo activity, if that's what they want, but the company want to support them in any way, so maybe? I was worried for all sorts of reasons but JK's amazing rise in global status and so much written about his prospects as a solo artist (and lots written about how he should) made the worry rise, except he just said in a recent interview about how much he misses performing as a group. I'm sure he's relishing his solo success but also totally sincere when he expresses his desire to be part of BTS. (sorry you didn't get the fansign @amylance1215 but I am sure that means your luck will be back for more important things...) For donations: the first tween suggests going directly to Unicef. All say to use your own country name so that may help with congestion. And the second tweet is the reminder of how to make sure BTS/ARMY gets acknowledged (and I have no doubt that global ARMY will more than match the BigHit donation. I bet we match it many times over...)
