Perhaps I'll use up one of this months free fan letters to write a short note to Jimin about his hearing - but, much as they have said the members receive the letters, I wonder if that's true. I hope it is. Maybe we'll find out once Jin is back and he mentions it in a Live, that he received so many fan letters or something.... and I should i]use the third free one to ask him, since he has left no March ARMY short message and will be out in 83 or 84 days.

JK's Golden listening party was private, but private like Hobi's JitB listening party was - invitation only. It wasn't just BIgHit people. There were lots of their friends there. As far as I can tell, Jimin is the only member who is actively working with munitions - but big ones, like cannons. While all of them knew that they would one day have to serve, I don't think any of them were keen to pick up weapons. Korean little boys don't play 'army' and gun play like boys in the US do. Maybe because it's far more real there. And certainly we have such a sick gun culture here but they don't there. I hope each of them are staying sane and relatively happy while serving. JK certainly had his choices restricted because of his tattoos - and I bet he wasn't thinking this far down the line when he started covering his arm with ink. And he was also fresh off insane global success when he enlisted. Truly ripped away at a major peak in his career..

Tae explaining Tae vs. V. https://www.threads.net/@purple_lovetae07/post/C4xwScwNMeB/?xmt=AQGzTragHpwveHRDTc3crCoKI-l3oCEgJFvXVJ2QAGnRNQ

Me, too. Happy, of course, for JK to get recognition - and the songs are all in English which we know is a plus for the stinkin' Grammys - but I wonder how hard a win would hit the other guys who have so wanted to win one. No need to really wonder until we see the noms, but so so doubtful he'd win - depending on the category.

Interesting - as there was plenty of footage of the Jack in the Box listening party. BigHit could easily have kept enlisted members out of it. And it's possible that will be content that drops during a lull - maybe before Jin comes back or for Festa or in the fall. And yes - I, too, think that Jin's finger is in the one photo - pointing at JK's nose. It could be him doing the peace sign, too, but the pointed finger is Jin. I can't believe that spotting his finger is exciting to me - there has been no March Jin message, yet...Less than 3 months until his discharge.

Seriously, it still makes no sense to buy multiple memberships - collect like Pokemon cards. As a USA member, I can still buy from Global so it seems ridiculous to buy that one. I know that Japan's shop does get some different merch but bet the shipping on that is crazy. The only conceivable benefit there may be, down the line, is that we'd get additional codes for concert queues. Maybe. But we'd also need two browsers going at the same time and two TM, or whoever, accounts, and as @rockstaryuzu can attest, if you get on TM even a few times in a row, they'll think you're a bot.

I don't think we've seen this before. I didn't know that JK even had a listening party for Golden. https://www.threads.net/@purple_lovetae07/post/C4uyqaHPuKv/?xmt=AQGz9Pybbc9L2iL5R5jKdYgbmAnugmMOJJg19KXlHJ6m6A

I am confused with the new message from Weverse regarding multiple memberships. Wondering if they are going to want me, for instance, to buy a separate Global membership for BTS if I want to use the Global and US shop for purchases - I really don't know what they are talking about...

This could cure him of his love of cooking. I hope not. I read that Jimin is in some fire brigade but it''s not about fires - something about cannons. The source seemed unreliable. With JK mentioning in his message to ARMY that he was busy cooking - and cleaning ceilings, which is odd - I fully believe he did take on the kitchen. I wonder if they stay in the one job for the next 15 months....

But they would sell out the show. BTS for absolute certain and probably TXT. Maybe the Seventeen tour stop will be a sort of test -

And just like that - they release the US dates, evidently no Canada. As they did last year, more dates will be added globally. Do they not know how far and wide their popularity is? I didn;t know there even was Lollapalooza Berlin.

Vancouver - you can't get any further away from you and still be in Canada. But good to see that Canada is, at least, known to exist to them. TXT hasn't announced anything except the Seoul shows. I would think they'll announce cities and dates in the next few weeks. I think that they'll give MOA at least two months advance warning. Remember how much lead time there was for the last tour, everything, except for the Asia dates I think, before the Agust-D tour dates were announced. They had Lollapalooza to work around last year. I don't think there's anything quite like that this year. They haven't been announced on the line-up for WeverseCon, though maybe they will be. That's 6/15 and 6/16. They would likely be a huge draw and since they have the 3 concerts in Seoul a month earlier, my guess would put them on the road starting in June. Guess we'll see -

It's enough to get me to watch FIFA.

I love this reaction video - especially dissection by Lee Jung-jae. And JK is okay. Phew. And Hobi. He is so supportive. Jin is likely to post something too - and rm.

Tae is always happy for the spotlight. And this lets us know that he's generally near civilization. I doubt that any of the members at bases have a Compose shop nexxt to them. And Yoongi still totally staying out of sight.

With no happy ending.

Off to SoCal to see my son but saw these two great ones this morning... the first one not so much a surprise but happy to see it confirmed. https://www.threads.net/@luvhope98_official/post/C4f12u5IuWF/ https://www.threads.net/@purple_lovetae07/post/C4eu5L0odfe/

Yet to Come in Busan in also on Prime -
-
Good casting - though Tae and Jin could switch and it would still work.

Jimin is Puck. Hobi could play him, too. Namjoon could, but with 7 to choose from, he wouldn't be my first choice. It's 30 minutes worth and I haven't had time to watch it either, yet. Interesting tidbit about Tae's new song - and this makes me wonder, in general, whether we have seen much of truly new music. I have a suspicion that there are many songs just waiting for their time. bts memeories⁷ @btsmemeories Taehyung was already playing FRI(END)S as early as the Jinny’s Kitchen Retreat! pic.twitter.com/ArIskQ7SnI 3/10/24, 6:19 AM

Still hoping that Yoongi posts something on Weverse. I feel certain that the other members will have reached out to wish him an Happy birthday, yet we only know of Jin. God, I just love Jin. He's so thoughtful - especially of ARMY.

There are lots of references to Le Petit Prince in Busan, including a building-size mural in Gamcheon Culture Village, just across the street from another mural with massive paintings of JK and Jimin holding red roses. I think it's the theme of “ What is essential is invisible to the eye “ being a culturally familiar feel. Sort of Buddhist-like. Koreans are generally kind, and being kind is the #1 message of the book.
