Sure. Anything is bearable for us fanyus. Anything, but my last recording of ACI, where I recorded 2 hours of Planet Hanyu forum, because I have two monitors and the recording was set on the wrong one!

What is your favorite Yuzuru moment? I hope this thread will be an appropriate topic for Planet Hanyu forum. It is quite simple. I am wondering, which moment in Yuzu's skating career is the most important one, interesting or your favorite? For me, it was this:

I agree. In fact I somehow managed to love all his costumes. Yuzu simply looks appropriate in everything. My all-time favourites are R&J 1.0 - because it was Romeo material - and Requiem - because it incorporated that earthquake theme perfectly. Otonal and Origin though, they just stand out for me. They scream "Yuzuru" so much, I don't know how to describe it. Previously all of his costumes were fitted to the theme of the music. But these two are perfectly picturing Yuzu as a person and as a skater. (Don't know if it even makes sense but that's how I feel... )

And what's more, I don't think ANYONE in the world has motivation as strong as Yuzu right now. His kuyashii is completely unknown force to other people... So when deciding if they practice the jump or rest, other skaters may just choose to rest more likely.

I still hope that Yuzu will be the one to win Nessie's hand in marriage...

I hope Yuzuru conquers Nessie first, just for the fact he works so hard and he deserves every reward he can get. On the other hand I really hope he stays healthy and doesn't skate with too much pressure. I love his kuyashii, but let's just enjoy Nessie and don't turn her into T-Rex... Aaaand.... in case of Yuzu trying to lure Nessie from the lake in Helsinki, how much danger is he in? It's just Keegan at Skate Canada, RIGHT?

I am really curious how fast he will run out of meterial at this posting pace...

Yes, I can only imagine... Yuzu carrying around his one and only Pooh people plushie tissue boxes carried by almost everyone PLUS the Pooh rain people

It was only my first impression when I saw him during the ceremony at ACI. He gave out "Shoma vibe", something similar to what I've seen when Shoma was standing beside Yuzu on a podium.

Random post: After rewatching like crazy I have to say, I didn't care before, but Cha Jun-Hwan is now slowly growing on me... He is like little Korean Shoma, but not so awkward when skating around. (Don't worry Yuzu, you will always be the first...)

WOW! All those discussions about crazy fans... I have to say it changed me from first-year naive fanyu to a very worried person. I always saw only funny Yuzu or sweet Yuzu or warrior Yuzu or charity Yuzu, always thought how he looks composed and how he stands strong when all cameras are pointing at him... never imagined how bad the situation actually is. Now I understand his facial expression when Plushenko told him at CiONTU that being number one is hard... It must've been really awful for him and he doesn't have many people to open up to and tell them all his worries. I am fanyu, yes, I would love to see him and talk to him. I bet everyone would. But is it ok to stalk him and mob him and not respect other skaters because of him? He is a person and he wants his personal life. He basically had to sacrifice his "normal teenage boy" activities for skating and such crazy behaviour from fans that are supposed to encourage him and reassure him it was a good choice... it's just sad. We are supposed to show him that all his hard work and sacrifices were not pointless and that he can make people happy, not to pester him into thinking that he would rather not skate just to avoid such situations... It's not my place to lecture or pity or hate someone. Let's just say it's a little confession about a change in a single fanyu's perspective.

Nicely said. Guess I haven't done my research properly. Also I haven't seen many interviews with subtitles. Looks like I need to learn Japanese or use planet resources...

I just wonder... they say Yuzu is shielded from all media stuff and things written about him. But if he actually does watch old skates (like Plushenko's or Weir's), he probably needs to go to youtube at some point (unless someone is getting them for him). Is it possible he doesn't have any Yuzu video in his suggestion list? I think he must have seen plenty of them...

Hope it won't get deleted 'till I get home from work... Watching videos at work would be too much...
