    Did you receive an email from KKTX with the words 'Live Code' in the subject? If you open that and scroll down, you see English instructions on what to do next, a box with the code in it , and a green button saying 'go to claim'. Follow those instructions.

    This happened to me when I was trying to buy Worlds tickets last year. If you have an alternate credit card with a different bank, try that one. Some people are also having success using their debit cards

    Their helpdesk seems to be pretty responsive. Try contacting them. I can't think of anything obvious that would cause such a problem

    Yes, and I'm just not seeing where that concern is coming from. To my knowledge, other than the pandemic itself leading to limited opportunities at the time, there is no entity that would have or could have forced him to sign a contract for any ice shows.
