  1. Ugh, I can see the stream but twitch won't let me sign up for an account for some reason...
  2. Going to try and watch somehow...probably from qq if I can find one.
  3. Took a quick peek through some of his old protocols, and lately he's been doing a fair bit of 3Lz-3T, but he also does 3Lo-3T. He tends to bury 3F in the depths of the program. Which could mean nothing, or Roman really trusts his 3F. Anyway I think it'll be 4Lz
  4. No kidding. Me being me, first thing I thought was, "how many chin-ups can he do now?" I confess that, as much as I enjoy how handsome Yuzu is, his fitness makes me a little jealous. I wish I could be in that good a shape!
  5. That is in fact the correct response to seeing Yuzu, so no worries
  6. I'm pleased to note that it appears The Waist is also in perfect form
  7. Way to go! Being a fanyu is an activity the whole family can enjoy
  8. Show them Yuzu's skating and convert them into fanyus of course!
  9. So I woke up to someone texting me the first photo...GoOd MoRnInG Mr. Hanyu! I was right, he's looking very 元気 these days. I wonder if we'll survive
  10. I'm quite sorry to see Nam go, he brought a style all his own to the ice, but thinking of all his struggles over the past two years, I'm not surprised that he decided it was time to move on. New Romsky video is up. He seems to be a lot more confident about his skating compared to even 18 months ago. As bad as the Olympics went for him, I think it gave him confidence that he even made it there...and judging by the way he talks at the end here it sounds like he's planning to hang in and compete for a while longer.
  11. I'm just relieved to know that he can still skate. Honestly I just can't help feeling like his ankle is living on borrowed time
  12. So it's a live broadcast, then, for FaOI? And not an online livestream?
  13. I agree completely! I would also add that I hope Yuzu realizes now that it's enough, for his fans, just for him to be himself on the ice and to show his own point of view.
  14. Has anyone else noticed that Yuzu is looking particularly great in these most recent photos of him? I've been comparing them to photos from before Olympics this year, and it really looks to me like a bunch of stress and strain dropped from his face once he landed the 4A...makes me wonder just exactly how much pressure he was putting on himself to try and get that jump done. Or am I imagining things?
  15. No, I think they realized, because people who were there (like myself) told them. Heck even tge customs agents at YVR knew it was for Yuzu after a few thousand fans all gave the same reason for visiting Canada that weekend. Late-arriving satellites even mentioned it ...getting customs agents asking them, 'Let me guess, you're here for that Japanese skating guy.'
  16. This makes me happy! He looks so relaxed and happy himself, well-rested and just glowing with health. Looks like maybe he's been getting some good fresh air and enjoying life.
  17. I'm sorry to see him retire so young but it was pretty obvious he's been struggling with his skating, too. Other news: Skate Canada just announced that this year's SCI will be in Mississauga: https://skatecanada.ca/2022/04/mississauga-to-host-2022-skate-canada-international/ That arena is really close to Pearson Airport so perhaps a bit more convenient for those flying in to see it.
  18. It does! What are the little bags? My guess is a type of music box?
  19. I was very surprised to see that Skate Canada listed Gogolev for the Junior Worlds team...didn't realize he was still eligible for Jrs
