I say the best person in the moment has the best chance to win. I say no lutz too. Couple reasons ... 1) Not because he can’t do it, but the cost compared to others skaters is too high. His jumps are crazy high and cover more distance compared to lots of other skaters, thus the landings are riskier. He needs to think more conservatively then when he was 19. 2) he doesn’t need it to win- olympics proved that.

OK, sometimes (when I am reminded of the moment), I still can’t believe Yuzu had the mental fortitude to perform like that on the Olympic stage. He is a super-being at times.

I love Yuzu and all but based on the content, it probably should have been Javi’s pic...but I understand why it’s Yuzu instead.

I think it is cute when Yuzu speaks English, but when he can speak in Japanese he can express himself exactly how he feels 100%.

What bother me more than anything is the potential victim blaming. It is horrible that Coughlin is dead by suicide, but this suicide doesn’t make his accusers automatic liars. I really wish the US Feds would seek the truth and not hide mini-Nassars in FS.

I agree with everything you said, but I also think antis are irrational and their reasoning is inexplicable. They just have hate in their hearts. All I can say is hate makes people’s hearts rot and causes unhappiness, so in a way I feel sorry for them. I will focus on all the positivity that Yuzu brings.

By Yuzu’s statement, he only has 1-2 years left, and I can see him being dominated by his future spouse. 😂

Sometimes I run into anti SNS sites by accident and some of what they say is beyond criticizing just his skating. I agree Its ugly and borderline crazy stuff. I do think it is a relatively small group of people trying to make a lot of noise and I try to ignore them. They can’t see beyond their own fandom. I think his fans far outweigh his antis in number and positive energy.

What I see is a transformation into a cat It was nice to see baby Nam, so timely. Congrats to Nam for winning Canadian Nats. Watching all these vids of baby Zu it’s hard to believe all he’s accomplished and just turned 24. At least his gender is consistent.
