Not sure what the SP will look like but LP choice seems fine (Misha Ge partly helped him with LP). -
I hope it's new too. Don't get me wrong. SEIMEI was a love at first sight from the very first show (Yuzu + Japanese themed music = dream come true). It had it all: interesting new theme/character, great music and most importantly unique choreography. I'm afraid if it'll be recycled - that feeling of uniqueness would be lost and anyway it will need changes in terms of layout. Moreover I think overall layout in H&L was more balanced (like the final jump was after step sequence). If Seimei 2.0 would be just the same theme but with different music/choreography then I can only wish for inspiration to beat the first version. But who am I kidding? I think Yuzu can sell me almost anything (as long as it's not POTO 2.0). At first I was a little disappointed about Chopin 3.0 news and I loooove this programme (I was like "not a new one?" ) but seeing with how much passion Yuzu skated it at shows I'm --->

OK, I need this one! Last year's was wonderful

What strikes me the most in Shoma is that he can have a pretty bad practice and then skate almost clean in competition. Of course Oly is Oly but stil. And me must not forget Javi and how the judges love him... I second this. With 4 different quad program and two great 3A's you can have two 3T(3S) combos and you can YOLO smth. if needed so the 5th quad (4T or 4S) will not add you too much BV. But that's just my thinking... Anyway at first 4Lz must behave in practice

Well, I'm a fan since 2011-2012 season I was a casual FS fan for a very long time but since that season I became a fan of one cute Romeo Sochi Olympics was very different. It felt like Yuzu was on the rise and judges gave him pretty good scores. Still he couldn't beat clean Patrick, but Patrick always was very unstable (and was already clean that season at TEB). After SP I was obviously happy, it felt like even with a planned fall (4S that two years) Yuzu could win even with a good skate from Patrick. In FS after Yuzu's mistake on 3F I wanted to close my eyes but still watched how he fought till the end. I remember I messaged my friend smth. like "OK, not this time, but still loooove him" and then during Patrick's skate I was more and more like I had mixed feelings in the end: not good free skate but happy Yuzu on the podium made up to it big time But now Sochi seems like too far away... Yuzu now is a favorite in most peoples eyes and it's not only between him and Patrick, there's 4 more top contenders.Needless to say I became even more invested in his skating (and personality) since 2014. So we all will need a big group during this season))) Knowing you're not the only crazy worried one helps a little))) Same here! It's good that Yuzu already has his OGM, but we all know how much he wants the second one, how much he works for it, how hard these last seasons been for him. Ice is slippery but I know in my eyes he will be the best no matter what. For now I just can pray for him to stay healthy both physically and mentally and belive that he can do it

It was not a bad programme but I'm still not ready for POTO again -
I think it's not only in Japan)) If I really want smth. to happen (and it can happen) I also try not to gush over it too much sometimes, don't try to push my luck

I also was at GPF and WC, my first impression was that he is around 173 cm, but I took a photo with him and on it we're almost the same hight so I dunno . I don't think it's that much important info anyway
-
Javi is around my hight - 174-175 cm. And Yuzu is about the same +/- 1cm. It's really hard to tell looking at pics cuz the person may not stand fully stright etc.

I think at Barcelona 15/16 GPF Gala Yuzu had the most sparkly costume not only among guys but girls too And it's funny how he keeps it simple in normal life. I think he treats performance in skating like in theatre/opera/ballet where the costume is part of the performance.

I'm in with this one

Если сильно критично бери на 19-ое, а в случае если вдруг тренировки откроют, то они же еще должны быть утром перед соревнованиями, а не только в четверг. -
And can we have this 4th sly face as emoji?

It is imbalanced but all jumps in the second half matches good with music rising tempo so I'm not surprised they decided not to change the FS -
Happy anniversary everyone!
