Genchan, the mascot of Gensan Food Company which sponsors figure skating events in Shiga, Japan.
Gensan's main product is Oumi beef. They award beef for the winners of the Gensan Summer Cup held every summer. Genchan's role is to appear in such events and help people to learn names of the cuts of meat using his own body, I guess.

In case some of you haven't seen Neko Masamune in Yuzu's Otoñal costume  (and in case you wondered, why does he love Yuzu so much? Well, he's the yuru kyara of Sendai, and Sendai loves Yuzu so much, it's only natural that Neko Masamune also loves Yuzu as well, no? )
