Just caught Kaori in between prep for feeding a lot of people today - family catch up after so many missed landmark events during lockdown which of course had to be NH K weekend, though obviously I’m not as upset about that since Yuzuru withdrew.  So pleased she had two good skates.  As usual her music choices are growing on me the more I see her perform to them

So happy for Kaori-chan and Mana !!!

Congratulations to all  !

Mana has the best performance today for me, followed by Young.

Kaori just seems cautious (nervous?). That program is seriously bad so it feels more underwhelming than it already is when she is nervous.

On a side note, Very unfortunate mistake by Eunsoo. She said there was sth on the ice so she had to skip the Flip.

I forgot to add, it is good that Mana at least won silver at NHK trophy. It will give her more financial resources to cover her training costs. Until very recently, the poor girl did have to go crowdfunding for her boots.

I didn't watch the women because the whole Eteri thing has turned me off women's skating, but I am very pleased and excited for Kaori, she deserves this win.
