On the topic of people sometimes being trapped in their thinking and systems:

Spoiler

&team is making their debut in Korea at the end of October, and it's seen as incredibly important because it's supposed to open the door to the global market. They've performed on music shows in Korea many times and have also been on a few variety shows, so no idea why they need to "debut" in korea.

But it seems to be different or a different approach, more important, and therefore more stressful. So, when you consider that they released four albums/singles last year and their last tour they just finished had 37 shows, some with two shows a day, it doesn't really take much common sense to see that this is heading straight for a potentially unpleasant situation.

Some of the guys have to commute back and forth between Japan and Korea, because they have commitments in Japan. It's also not helpful to say that this is supposed to be the starting point for a global career, have it documented, but show it in full only on Hulu in Japanese and 50% of the documentary on YouTube, and then add a note saying that subtitles will be added as soon as possible. Sorry, but if you want to reach a global audience, a non fan that is interested in them and sees this might not stay to take another look.

I really dont get why they just don't go on a world tour. Book small venues in some cities to test it out, thats how you do it. Why all the stress with a debut in korea when they are already known in korea (they held freaking concerts there!)

Conclusion:

The Ceo's are stuck in their way of thinking. I don't need to have studied to see that everyone involved can be happy if the guys don't have to drop out due to burnout and everyone can just hope that new internation fans will stay and be patient with the subtitles, cause there are a lot of awful comments under the second episode of the documentary.

I'm absolutely shocked that V is only #6 for Paris. In the past, he's been the most socially popular member and i'm always surprised when anyone creates more buzz than our guys. But I suppose Celine is a smaller brand?

I think Paris also had a bunch more big names attending. And there are more brands who participate than there are in Milan. So, more competition.

But the Jin-biased fan groups really went all out promoing his hashtags for Gucci that week. That probably helped
