So in case anyone was wondering, the VIP price for the Jin London shows was a mere £446 , plus fees... :dbana:. I had been thinking to get a ticket for both nights but even the seats in the gods are £104 each...

why is Britain so endlessly expensive... that's 30% more than comparable tix cost here.

However, I was successful in securing one ticket overlooking the stage, for myself... front row of the 400s level. The view will be good at least. I might have to strap myself in to the seat to quell my fear of heights though

Geez, what's gotten into them? Not their usual at all

Maestro was a little bit creepy as well, kind of disturbian future szenario, but not this horror vibe.

Congrats on your ticket🤗😊.

I checked, but had to decide against it🫤 (and no ticket battle with waiting line, just straight to the seating map. But the prices only showed after choosing a seat (218€), that was a bit strange🤔). The trip would cost me around 600€ (one night in the hotel, ticket and train)

I feel like I've been stuck at 960 but I know you're not supposed to refresh. I started at 2200 so should have a good shot

ETA: finally moving again. So nervous!

ETA 2: when I got in, platinum pricing was already in effect so I went for a VIP ticket. I hesitated and canceled the order to look at the map again then my credit card required a security code and by the time I got back in again, my purchase window timed out. I tried again and ended up with another VIP ticket for $589.40 USD after fees :smiley-scared001:

well... what's the point of working if you're not willing to spend it on life experiences, right?

ETA 3: Gabe's being supportive at least. His reaction was "that will be a cool experience". When I said I wasn't sure if it was the right decision due to the price, he said "everything there is to do is expensive. Living is expensive"

ETA 4: just went to check out another presale to compare and Ticketmaster wouldn't let me in saying I was detected as bot activity. But I'm at work now and I have been having issues so not sure if you're blocked from buying more if you already got tickets or if it's a computer issue. Just an FYI for future purchases

It did that to me at one point. I think I had tried to re-enter the queue too many times (because the site was crashing and kept bopping me out)

$589.40 USD = ~ $810 CAD

£446 GBP = $827 CAD

Apparently the VIP price in Amsterdam was €485 , that's $763.79 CAD

So the UK has the priciest tickets and Amsterdam the cheapest. Interesting.

Ok so the price difference isn't as big as I thought, but still-!

I wish I had a comparison point for an actual concert held here. My gut tells me they wouldn't put VIP over $650 CAD, but i'd love to have data

It was 589.40 after fees. Before fees, it was 495 and change. So $684.43 CAD

I watched a summary video of the report (and allowed myself to cry 30sec for not being able to buy hybe stock).

Most interesting fact to me:

Bighits new boygroup will debut Q3. They are more like a crew with focus on self producing in all areas (music, choreography and video content) and already did work in these areas for other hybe artists (rumor has it one of the boys did lyrics for illit). And Bang Pd is directly involved in their planning.

Isn't Seventeen like that? Will these guys be Seventeen's baby bros, so to speak?

100% on the music side, but the other two point, a bit? Hoshi and Dino sometimes help with choreography, but it's not like they do the whole thing. And Wonwoo and Mingyu both have done an mv filming for a fun b-side track (snapshoot and holiday), but as I understand it, the new group would greatly participate in doing their own choreography or even doing it by themselves and also in creating and editing video content.....honestly, I can't imagin how that would work with an idol live already being crazy busy, but we will see how exactly they mean it. Trainee A also had that concept and sadly, we know how that ended🫤 (not saying it was the only reason, but having to produce songs and creating their own choreography and filming a video, while also getting "feedback" on it clearly was a bit too mutch, in my opinion)

By the way, any thoughts on katseye's song gnarly?

I don't know what to think about it. I find the sound interesting, horrible, strange and a vibe at the same time....a confusing song😅.

But the lyrics!!!! Wow.....haven't heard something that terrible in a long time. What even is that!🤯
