That would be such a great support for the skaters. Of course there are other things one needs to refine in FS (other than jumps), but so much the better if this can be facilitated by the new rink...

This would be a fantastic physical monument to Yuzu and also represent the ideals of his legacy. 

Sometimes in order to raise money for building projects, people can be invited to sponsor certain things to help raise money - for example a row of seats or front desk. Often the name of sponsor gets a dedication on the item or a named on a plaque with the acknowledgement of the gift. 

Vote for the rink to include a permanent Yuzu exhibition museum. 

Hopefully there will also be a museum shop

All of these things would bring lots of revenue to Sendai.

A tour operator should start Yuzu themed package tours.
