Kazuha Posted Thursday at 04:03 PM Posted Thursday at 04:03 PM I will forever remember the day when I watch Yuzu's 2018 Olympics SEIMEI with my mom the night he defended his title. It was my first ever figure skating program watched, the me that was still a kid never moved on from him since then.

He shouted "Okaeri" when he landed that 4T, which means "Welcome back." 🥺 Thank you, this is one of the tiny bits of information I missed in the arena as an overseas Fanyu that hasn’t made enough progress in learning Japanese. 😅 Therefore I’m really thankful I’ll always find the information I need here this community. 🤗 Anyway, I must say I didn’t miss the quads at all - and I wouldn’t even miss any jumps since I was so mesmerised by his moves and expressions. Wish I could see the show again …

On my flight back to Europe I watched a Japanese movie where a TV journalist was told by her boss: If you get this right, you will be promoted to moderate and interview pro-athletes! 😉

I was watching with my almost teenage daughter and her dad joined us in our way down the rabbit hole. 😊

It was like two separate shows in one and at least for me, that didn't work well while watching online. So I would really like to know what your impression was seeing it on site. (Of course, everyone who was there is wellcome to answer😊)

(Of course, everyone who was there is wellcome to answer😊) It helped me a lot to see snippets with explanations in social media soon after the show. I left with question marks that night but I was deeply moved. It felt like the first part was a farewell to the previous format of shows, to introduce something completely new in the second. I was really carried away by this new story, and the music (Before the White?) immediately went straight into my heart. Maybe REALIVE was meant to be a linking element.
Wintek Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago In reality, it wasn't "one show". It was one evening with two different productions: REALIVE (part 1) and PREQUEL Before the WHITE (part 2). Part 2 was a surprise as it ties with ICE STORY 4th "WHITE" so it couldn't be presented in advanced. That's why now you have a REALIVE official website and a PREQUEL official website. Also, that's why Yuzu did SEIMEI at the end if part 1, REALIVE. They are separate. And that's more or less how ot was explained in the interviews and reports (which you can read the translations here in Planet Hanyu, look at the translations tab-> 2026-> REALIVE). Though separate, there are some interesting symbols in part 1 that connect with part 2 (PREQUEL): -Yuzu showed the Mass Destruction back, where the words "death" and "live" are written in cyan and magenta, respectively. These are colors that connect with the story of PREQUEL. -During Otoñal, yellow, magenta and cyan/blue lights are used. Perhaps more intriguing, a sort of shadow with an Hexagon shape is always projected at the centre of the ice. If you noted, the screen has 8 sides, but the shape projected at the end is an irregular hexagon, similar to Kaku.
