Yuzurella Posted March 6 Posted March 6 So cute! Yuzu never seems to age! I don't know if 仙台 (Sendai) has a specific meaning in Japanese or if it's just the name of Yuzu's home city. Perhaps some Fanyus who know Japanese could enlighten us here. In Chinese, these characters literally mean something like fairy/celestial stage. I mean how fitting is it that Yuzu hails from a place with such a name!
Yuzurella Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Machine translation of the caption: "Yuzuru Hanyu-san: "Yae no Sakura" is the Sequel to "Ten to Chi to" - Q&A Second Half" He looks majestic! I wonder what the story behind the sequel to Tenchi is. Machine translation of the caption: "Yuzuru Hanyu, Layering Thoughts and Dancing in Tohoku to Ryuichi Sakamoto's "Yae no Sakura" – 15 Years Since the Great East Japan Earthquake" Oh! Interesting! Looking forward to translations of the article.
Yuzurella Posted March 7 Posted March 7 A Biellmann spin at 31 years old! A 31-year-old man! This is beyond impressive.
Yuzurella Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Yuzu is a true artist and storyteller who can convey such deep emotions.
Yuzurella Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Machine translation of the caption: "【Restart】Yuzuru Hanyu Performs Memorial Dance in Miyagi Prefecture: Ice Show Appearance Timed to 15th Anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake https://news.livedoor.com/article/detail/30717710/ Hanyu performed in the ice show "notte stellata." The performance title is Italian for "Starry Night." It originates from the starry sky he saw on a night path to a shelter after being affected by the disaster, where he felt a "light of hope"."
