  1. That second 4T was impressive. He gained speed so fast between the jumps. And the distance covered by the first 4T... you can tell he practiced 5T
  2. Scroll down until you see the photos starting with "2022" without the ".-" before. Those are all. The files that cannot open are faulty copies of the rest.
  3. Oh, I see now! Thank you very much. I opened it on my phone and it was slow to load past the unopenable files. Thank you so so so much!
  4. Thanks, but for some reason the photos can't be opened even if the format is png. I don't know why. But thank you for your effort! There are some that can be opened but it says most of the files are damaged or corrupted
  5. Yuzu being Yuzu. And no one can say no to him. [NEWS]
  6. https://shop.mintsuku.fun/?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=foi-tw1 1000 FaOI photos will be made available for purchase.... [NEWS]
  7. [NEWS] If anyone could download them and then share them through a google drive link or wetransfer, it'd be great
  8. There's so much Yuzu stuff still happening. From throw back pictures to video edits, old interviews and previously unseen footage. This just makes me finally realize how big Yuzu is and will remain in the history of figure skating. He is the bridge between 2-3 generations of skaters. I've been searching for a certain picture yesterday and ended stumbling upon these from the JNats 2020 warm up https://yuzu-all-the-way.tumblr.com/post/690950019831005184/one-of-my-favourite-series-of-yuzu-photos If you don't want to go on Tumblr, I'll share the photos under the spoiler in order to not fill the page. There may be more, but these are all that I could find from the setting Edit: Apparently not all links work, so under the spoiler there aren't all the photos
  9. I find it funny that the Raison practice costume is a very thin black-sequined top thrown over his UA 😂 I wonder if he got it done so he can practice with a flowy hem
  10. @Fita Your dedication is astounding. I became a fan of Yuzu's shortly before the Beijing Team Event happened, so I had about a week to cram as much info as possible about Yuzu into my mind. I tried later on to read the general thread from start to finish, I couldn't do it, waaay too much stuff and too many feelings. You have my admiration! It's amazing how many new fans Yuzu attracts and the fact that he has chosen to become pro and people who now discover him don't say "Oh, then it's not worth following him anymore", but they are curious to see with what Yuzu comes up next - that speaks volumes about the kind of presence he has on and off the ice. To me it's impressive the impact he has on people like you who had no idea of what the sport is about prior to seeing Yuzu. I don't remember who posted, but there was a tweet from a Chinese Fanyu that said something like "We can now all say (old and new fans) that we have known Yuzu from the beginning" - meaning that his pro athlete career is just starting and that's a new start for us, too.
  11. Yes, sure, this is also an option! I'll add it in the original post as an idea
  12. I promised I would make a post in which I would try and explain the idea of a celebration for Yuzu's competitive career. The quotes are added to help me keep track of the things that have been briefly talked about so far. The proposal I would like to find a couple of people who are willing to help organize a stream for celebrating Yuzu's competitive career. First and foremost, a streaming platform should be discussed (maybe Twitch?) and someone who knows how to stream would be very welcome. (I could try doing it, too, but it may take a while before I figure out how everything works since I never used a live streaming platform before). Secondly, since there are A LOT of competitions and programs it'll be quite hard to choose between them. @lajoitkosuggested a division of the programs into 3 sections: first senior season until Sochi (inclusively), Sochi - PyC and PyC - Beijing. We can have 3 polls per season to decide which competition to watch - polls for the short, long and gala programs, respectively. For example: 2016-2017 season LGC with the options ACI, SCI, NHK, GPF, 4CC, Worlds; H&L poll with the same options; Notte Stellata poll with the same options. Another suggestion by @YuDaiis to have the programs separated by 'genres': competitions, galas and ice shows. The polls would still work for choosing which programs to watch. I realize that this is quite a lot, so suggestions of how we could more easily choose are very much welcome! Also, we should also include ice show programs, so the choosing process becomes even more complicated. Thridly, by dividing the streams into 3 periods, it would mean 3 days of streaming so we would also have to decide on that dates - preferably so that they don't overlap with the Yuzu Skating Party. They can either be 3 days in the course of a week (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or there could be 3 days across a month (e.g. first and third Saturday of August - 6th, respectively 20th August, and first Saturday of September - 3rd September). We can also have a poll to decide on the format and the month. However, my suggestion is that we do it soon. The streams would last approximately 2 hours. This is a very basic idea. I'd like to hear your opinions and maybe reach a conclusion by Wednesday/Thrusday so we have enough time to put together a small team to work on the organization process and to have the set up ready to go as soon as possible.
  13. I wonder if tomorrow's broadcasts will show other behind the scenes stuff, especially day 3...
  14. Can I still throw Pooh at you at future shows? 😭😍😭😍
  15. I don't think this was posted, but if it was, I'll delete [NEWS]
  16. I didn't expect to see Blinding Lights now 😂
  17. Could you possibly upload it to the video archive? We need to have this preserved!
  18. Axel with Wings will translate the press-con and, from I understood, the marathon interviews, too. It's going to take a while. It took about a month and a half for them to translate everything from Beijing, so I expect for them to take also about a month until they finish translating and subbing the presscon plus the interviews.
  19. I've been out in nature today and it was refreshing to some extent. Now I'm completely exhausted from the physical effort, but content. I think I'm finally able to make a clear post about what I'm feeling seeing how many of you expressed your feelings, too. I would've expected by now to have gotten over the "I'm so emotional I smile and laugh one second, but the next second I'll cry because I remember there's no more competitions with Yuzu". I haven't and one reason why that is is because there's so much stuff being posted on Twitter from Yuzu's career. The tributes are all very nice and heartfelt, but they all seem like a goodbye to me. We are celebrating his competitive career's end, of course, those tributes were to be expected. But I have barely seen any posts of like "guess what crazy sh*t Yuzu will pull next now that he doesn't have to play by the (stupid) rules anymore". Plus, all the content skaters are posting and other people from all over the world, new photos from past years being revealed... it's a lot. And I'm starting to believe that the moment we'll all get over this super emotional phase is when we see Yuzu in action, when we have a concrete visualization of what he's going to do. It might take a few months, a year, a year and a half, I don't know - in time, of course, the emotions will dull and little by little the social media environment will go back to being calmer. However, until Yuzu shows up with his first new professional athlete stuff (I say stuff because it's really hard to find a word that fits), we will be missing him in competitions. I hope at least part of this makes sense. As for his words, he was worried about how us fans will perceive the news. I saw some posts calling for an online organized fan-message similar to the Virtual Pooh Rain we did as well as that we should try and find ways to send him stuff to show our appreciation and our continuous support. I am fully on board with both ideas. If we go first with the online message, I say we have to act soon - the Virtual Pooh Rain was organized in less than a week if I remember correctly, we should do something like this now. Yuzu might not necessarily need this, but it's a kind way of supporting him. Plus, it might give us a respite from all the emotional turmoil. By saying this, I don't want to sound insensitive, most of us are in the same boat - emotionally. We might not want to go through social media at the moment because all of the memories that are being shared, we might want to stay off the internet because we want to process the news on our own - whatever the reason may be, I think we should still try and make the online support-message happen soon. Not only will it help encourage Yuzu and convince him (maybe not the right word) that we are still here for him, but it could also help all of us as a community to make a step towards a more happier perspective. Sorry for the long post. I hope I conveyed my message in a way that doesn't offend anyone and if it does, I'm truly sorry, that was not my intention at all. Edit: Completely unrelated to what I wrote - I have now the rank of 4Lo and having reached that before Yuzu announced his switch to pro athlete made me extremely happy - is my 3rd favourite Yuzu jump (3A, 4Lz, 3Lo) - so it might be totally insignificant, but it made me truly emotional and, frankly, I don't really want to get another rank. But I will continue posting and being active around here, so that's not possible, haha
  20. OH MY GOD, Pammi, please, I thought my tears ran out 😭😭
  21. Not at all a bad idea! Right now is the middle of the night for me and I have a couple of busy days coming, but on Friday/Saturday I will make a more detailed post and see if there are people who are willing to participate and also if anyone can help with organizing the thing.
  22. There's also the possibility, easier one I think, to do multiple days and watch the best performance of each program? But I'm afraid that will get too much with the Skating Party going on plus real life
  23. We could do polls in which we pit 2 programs against one another, sort of like a tournament, until we reach a manageable amount of performances that would last together for about 2 hours
  24. It's a very random idea, I don't know how to do it, though. What if we organize a day relatively soon to watch together some of Yuzu's performances? Underrated and the very best. We could do a twitch stream, something like that, for about 2 hours. Make a list of the performances we want to see and then watch it together as Fanyus. From competitions, from galas, from ice shows... I think it would be a good experience to celebrate Yuzu's amateur career. Feel free to shut this down, though, it's a thought based on emotional turmoil.
