It's sublime, it has it all. You can see his passion, how he's having a small moment of surrendering himself to the music and to the flow of performance, as if he's in his own world. His face seems still, but the air is still moving his shirt and a jacket, a small wind in his hair. A really nice shot.

Thank you so much for your translation and for sharing it here. Shae-Lynn would always share something deep and important about Yuzuru. I also so much agree with the above - the way he handled the situation while still skating - full of grace and pride, a true Champion, made the programme unforgettable despite everything. [I only wouldn't interpret what happened as a "mistake", but I understand this is a shortcut]

Now very curious what you and @YuDai meant, so will go and check the thread Many thanks to everyone for all the information on what we can expect, you can feel the pre-FaOI anticipation and excitement. Will be my first FaOI and the 2nd time ever waiting for Yuzuru's performance.

Thank you, this is really great, with differentiating between these three parts, various patterns of ice coverage, music segments, etc. Really, a great opportunity to refocus on the mastery and sophistication of Rondo. We have the whole glory of Rondo vs this one jump. I'm definitely switching (back to) appreciating Rondo now even more.

Agree with every word. His authenticity and independence were among the major reasons why I became a fan. The strength and courage to have goals and ambitions that seem impossible for others, but he’s looking further, not afraid of petty criticism, going well being ad-hoc narrow-mindedness. Setting his own standards rather than following safe norms and breaking down with stereotypes that would limit him otherwise.

So maybe he will focus a bit more on himself responding to that other question. Because so far Yuzuru is all about gratitude, all about recognising the others. The first 3 seconds of crumbs we got was Yuzuru praising another skater (Keiji). This time he's thanking fans, emphasising how their support is important to him. He really is that kind of person and they wonder why he's become a magnet to so many.

Thank you for sharing! Not so long ago I read the thread about GPF '19 (tickets, venue). How you all waited until the tickets were available, then outraged by the price list, worrying about the seat quality (with or without the backrests) and how the protective glass may distort the view, etc. but then I understood you got some group tickets which was easier and less stressful than hunting these alone - this is an amazing cooperation.
