    Speaking of which, I heard Shoma intends to possibly try to add a 4Lz? The quad race is getting scary. Also, Junhwan is injured in hips and both ankles due to training quads.

    Yes. The content felt rather lacking between jumps, especially in the second half of the programme. Choreo also wasn't really designed in time with the music so there's this off-kilter feeling. Vincent still appears stiff and hesitant in the programme, and I don't know and can't connect to whatever he is trying to tell us. His knees and shoulders are stiff. The heart and soul was simply not in the performace, it failed to touch and felt like he was just going through the moves. Vincent has yet to grasp the essence, the core spirit of the programme, and make it his own. Perhaps, the choreo's huge similarity to Yuzuru's R&J1 might have ironically made it harder for him to make it more personal? Granted, it's still early in the season. But goodness, that score. 177.65. Slightly below Yuzuru's Sochi FS score. Slightly above Yuzuru's 2015 Worlds FS. Above Yuzuru's score of 172.27 for 2016 Autumn Classic International, where Yuzu had the benefit of being the only top 6 man there and being Canadian-trained at least, plus the boost of landing the 4Lo. And that's at the start of the season.
