You have to use the link they send you in the email when they send you the activation code. The link from their website is missing the https:// so it doesn't work.

NewHome worked really well for me on Windows with Chrome, but others reported problems, so your mileage may vary. In particular, someone couldn't get it to work on an iPad, I believe. I originally tried to get JapanTV to work yesterday, but the app keeps crashing when it starts for me.
