  1. It (the program he is performing) kinda reminds me of that program he did last year tho
  2. Acrobats lowkey give me heart attack every single darn time
  3. I'm wondering about the detachable platform. How does it work?
  4. Perhaps inspired by the original song (if it's made into a video), like how Yuzu's costume for "If" is inspired by DA PUMP's costumes for the newer version?
  5. ISSA's control on the high notes is *chef's kiss*
  6. Somehow I missed that Fukuhara Miho was singing the opening song. Shoo... Oh well, she sounds great tho
  7. Makuhari Messe may accommodate 9,000 seats max, roughly 4,000 fixed seats, the rest moveable. I'd say for ice shows it may hold some 7,000 seats.
  8. Can't expect less TBH. It's Rimi Natsukawa we are talking about here. This is the same song, many moons ago.
  9. Rimi-san's voice is still as magnificent as when she first released Hana in 2009 Man, how I wish to see a collaboration between Yuzu and Rimi-san...
  10. For some reasons YT recommended Nate's recent (?) exhibition programs to me and I can just say, as I watched him, that my first though was "wow, that is so NA". I dunno if that's a good or bad thing LOL. Here are the two recommended to me
  11. Kelowna, too, was so very happy for Yuzu's presence in 2019, so was Helsinki in 2017. Alas...
  12. Ah, that one (Torino) looked miserable even on screen so I'm not surprised.
  13. Also IMO because they fear FS events will not bring in money, considering Finlandia and GP Espoo last year were both (big) flops. Did any host countries make any visible profits in the past year, I do wonder? Japan drew in the most respectable amount of audience (hence money) and still, outside of the compulsory NHK Trophy and WTT, I don't think they will host any other major international events in the next couple of years, and that's telling.
  14. So Kaori's working with Jeff (new SP?). It's confirmed she will work with Marie-France for a new FP. But also, still no Benoit, huh 👀
  15. Hana's Dog Days Are Over SP is such a good program. You can tell she truly enjoyed performing it. While her 3A was very nice, the StSq was really the star of the show. I'm a bit sad we probably won't see this program again but anyhow, it's a nice little thing to go back to and watch on a sad gloomy day. I'm curious what she will chose for her full senior debut season.
  16. Probably we won't see this program again but anyway, Wakaba's StSq (especially the twizzle - abrupt stop with her back arching - lunge - loop part) is so GOATed.
  17. All the hilarious tidbits aside, two things caught my attention: - Yuzu watching competitions and thinking "yup! I can still slay" but deciding to stop competing so he could become the artist that he is, all the way. - Yuzu watching old footages and thinking "yup! I was good". Yes, Yuzu, yes you were and are. All that talent started showing since he was a tiny mushroom. Darn!
  18. No, Ilia's 4A is not a cheated one. Yuzu's has less PR but Ilia's is acceptable and definitely not a bacaxel. Both of them have been attempting real entry into the 4A as well. As a skater, Ilia has many flaws that are easy to criticize, but his jumping techniques are not one of them. I prefer Yuzu's Axel so I'm still hoping he will be able to jump a fully rotated 4A because it will be a sight to behold when and if he does. In the meanwhile, Ilia's is the one to beat.
  19. Mone's going to LA to get choreo. Are there any well known choreographers currently based there? Shae? On a different (but not good) news, She is now a part of Kinoshita Academy. Oh my child...
  20. One of his social media accounts also disappeared it seems. I'm pretty sure he was forced to do it LOL.
  21. That screams damage control to me LOL. I assume that's gender sensitivity training? Shoulda send him to media training and cultural sensitivity training as well.
