I searched Meejung Hwang on Twitter and it seems someone started trying to download their channel a couple of days ago but I don't know if they were successful. I want to cry.

Here I am with internet that is one step above dial-up, helpless to save anything. If anybody is out there with unlimited bandwidth and a whole load of hard drive space, please please pleaaaaase preserve what you can. I'm sure a lot of people have saved all the Yuzu everything but all those other precious skaters' routines I don't have much hope for.

This little boy, Yaroslav Polovik, won the Santa Claus Cup in Finland, wearing a Hope & Legacy-inspired costume. I think it's a different competiton(?) but shares the same name as the first competition Yuzu won in Finland as a little boy.

Why don’t they trawl Twitter for every off comment ever made about him and report them all, then? It’s obviously their duty as journalists to muckrake and ours to accept everything presented to us as very important information that must see the light of day. The facial expressions the “reporter” made were very professional, too.

How does that make it okay? And that “entire video” was pretty short.

It was in bad taste. That Tweet was not newsworthy nor particularly interesting and it was trashy to bring it up. Forget the fans, how would Hanyu feel to have such comments broadcast on CBC Olympic official account? Absolutely in bad taste.

Could there perhaps be a different thread for tarot and superstitions? I think there’s more than enough to worry about based on facts at the moment. A lot of people are very worried, emotional, and sensitive right now and I’m not sure such speculation about the future is helpful. I’m sorry, I don’t mean to sound rude or dismissive, I just wonder if it wouldn’t be better in its own thread so those who are interested can discuss it and those who find it upsetting can avoid it.
