  1. Yes, ACI or US Classic would be better choices indeed but I think he still will be sent to Nebelhorn even if there's that Host pick, for sake of even trying I'm curious how quads are going on, obviously he will put 2 sals since he showed that he's capable of that already (Worlds were so close sob). Another quad would be great but most important is for him to be healthy and not push himself too much, he's too young and obviously he's big chance will be in Beijing.
  2. His 4T was super reliable this season, 4Lo as well. I don't think he will put quad Lutz or 4S-3T until he's desperate but he has no reason to be. This season was more about his technical development, comparing to previous one when he focus of maximizing each element of his skating. From this season he got the message; 4Lo is good, 4S-3T won't let him survive lol. With reliable 4Lo and 4T, new confidence of putting quads in second half, I think he will make sure to really maximize TES and PCS like in 2015-16 season with what he learnt from this season.
  3. Hope Soyoun will be 100% ready I'm sooooo excited for Junhwan's senior debut, I hope he will go to some international (Nebelhorn would be good tbh). I'm confident in Dabin but I hope she will get some programs that really suit her and will improve her performance side and some details in her skating overall. She can be dark-horse for some of these events. I don't think Nahyun has big chance for second Grand Prix. It will be battle between Soyoun v Nahyun for that second spot, Soyoun has edge because she's a really quality skater but well, sadly she's really inconsistent. We will see, I hope it will be great season for all of them
  4. I would rather him to skate Chopin Ballade No.2 or any other one, lol. I can't help but feel dissapointed, this is my favorite program of his and one of my all-time favorites but for third time? For Olympic season? I'm satisfied with Grand Prix events though, finally no Skate Canada and the drama will be real from the very beginning
  5. I'm S H O O K with all these news.
  6. Soyoun is in LA (East West Ice Palace), curious who is choreographing for her and what her programs will be like
  7. I don't agree that beauty in tennis is irrelevant (at least for fans), I think tennis is beautiful sport and there are so many amazing players that have beautiful games, one of them is Kei. Obviously, beauty in not required like in figure skating but I think the sport as whole is just beautiful and aesthetic! About Yuzuru being 'feminine', I actually don't see it, other than his costumes maybe (not like it's bad thing, their fugly for me but I like that about him lol), I think he's really graceful and gentle and refined but I personally I wouldn't call his skating feminine. It's sad how is this considered a bad thing by some people but Yuzuru will still rise
  8. YuZUru'S doMINAncE (anD HiS QuAD ThRIsT) IS leaDinG FS To beCOMe a JumPINg CoNTEsT!!!!111 https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/fb7452728b4a48e8b109bd8c2659e33b320f77a63c4b9bee0fa9ccc3e016bb70.jpg?w=600&h=375
  9. Love how she said it so beautifully, I agree with her
  10. I'm not sure if it's about being flexible or just lacking muscles + bad technique [talking about jumps] but if Mishin is saying it, I guess he may be right And it's pretty true that best ladies jumpers didn't have the best flexibility (like Liza, Yuna). I think Yuzu has just perfect body for figure skating.
  11. I don't know, I'm sure they know what they're doing and are aware of cons and pros of all these quads and him pushing himself and don't do things that recklessly. I don't believe he and Raf don't care about his hip/ health is not right, I'm sure they do their best to have proper care and train in and for best condition. And this is all just talk, we will see, I hope he won't go that far but I just hope he will be healthy. (I think these kind of talks should be in other thread). About Yuzu/ Javi, it was always about them respecting each other, I've never ever heard them being 'BFFs', other than from shippers lol
  12. I would love him to do COR this year tbh On the other hand, I don't want him to give up on SCI
  13. I'm so curious about Polina's form, I hope her jumps are still there :sadPooh:
  14. I'm confident that Japan will qualify for Team Event :pooh: They just have to be in Top 6, I think both Sumire/ Francis and Kana/ Chris can do it :hachimaki:
  15. Zhenya handled this question well, I'm sure 17 years old girl doesn't want to hear questions about her personal life. Media is so messy tbhhh, they asked her about how does he inspired her and she said how she respects him as an athlete to later be asked if she crushes on him, bye :coffee:
  16. I'm curious if he will compete at Autumn Classic again or choose another B Senior. I hope not because I think Gold- Autumn Classic, Silver- Skate C***** is a thing.
  17. I also expect SC and NHK or CoC! SC and NHK would be perfect
  18. Yes, this is said to be her FS for this season, I'm just confused by Misha's words lol but yeah, we can expect Por una Cabeza. I don't think it's choreographed by Misha but by other choreographer who came to Korea before to Team Chi (that Eunsoo is in) but I forgot his name. EDIT: Scott Brown (but it's not confirmed). https://www.instagram.com/p/BTLl1nmFoXh/
  19. It's my dream!   I love it so much! It wouldn't be the first time btw I'd gladly accept almost any classical piece, to be honest. I don't remember ever watching this one, that forever spread eagle into 2A, I love his juniors videos so much  Yesss, he fits classical music so well :sadPooh:
  20. I would loveeeee him to skate to Four Seasons (especially to Shoma's short ), Clair de Lune or anything Chopin, especially Nocturne Op. 9 and Spring Waltz.
  21. @sallycinnamon, I KNEW YOU WILL LOVE IT  @mcq It's for sure good time and competition to debut in seniors  Yes, Ji Min-ji / Themistocles Leftheris splited, they won Nationals but Kim Siblings were better at 4CC and Asian Games. Plus they were in Top 8 at Junior Worlds. Oh, I found this rule on G***** S**** :coffee: "The ISU released a list of official spots qualified through Worlds, which also states that South Korea get host spots in disciplines they don't qualify one for". Great for South Korea then  Thank you, @xeyra. I think he has quite a chance for host pick somewhere! @Katt, from interview after Junior Worlds (info from @chajunhwancom 's twitter) -Sentimental classic music for next FS. -He's thinking of adding 4S in SP, and 4T&4Lo in FS. -He will be back to Canada in April for training.
  22. For sure they will send Jun-hwan, it will be good first senior competition too. I'm curious about pairs though, probably Kim siblings.
