Hi guys, how are you🥰? Sorry to bother you...🙇‍♀️ I tried to log into TV Asahi to check that everything was okay, but it keeps asking me for phone authentication. It's the same with my husband's account. However, these addresses were created a long time ago, back in the days of SMS authentication, and I've often bought tickets. It also offers to call a Japanese number (I can't even imagine the additional costs😱). However, this system had never worked when I tried to register again for my sister last year. I'm afraid I won't be able to buy tickets for Yuzu shows in the future, it would be heartbreaking if that happened. Do you have the same problem with TV Asahi?

    I had the same issue back in Apr when I logged in again. Like you, my account was authenticated long ago and I won tix few times, the last one being Echoes Saitama. I suspect it's either a system update or additional security because of the ticket hoarding issue during Echoes. For overseas fans who previously used their JP phone number, they can't authenticate if they're not in Japan currently. :(

     

    Just call the number, let the automated bot speak, it hangs up, the page refreshes, and you're done. Make sure to dial the number with the correct international code. I think many couldn't get through the first time because they missed to remove the first 0 or something. Or they forgot their mobile plan doesn't have international call activated.
