  1. Me too. And I want to stay in this mood a little longer to cherish this one-of-a-kind experience. I congratulate myself for taking the day off for today - I wouldn't have been able to focus on work at all. And I'm happy to have someone to talk to, thank you all who are here on the Planet these days
  2. I like that 😂 To be honest, over the last few days I've mentally spent more time in Japan than in Poland. Making any limitations for me as a customer on the basis that my body can't teleport in a second (yet 😉) to join my spirit seems quite archaic to me in the age of globalization.
  3. I watched the GIFT a second time, I will do it again tomorrow, and I can't bear the thought that this unimaginably marvelous, mind-blowing, one-of-a-kind performance would not be well preserved for posterity. I really hope that there will be an official DVD on sale. Besides, Yuzu, I need a legal way to watch endlessly your One Summer's Day and Ashura-chan!
  4. Yes, 6 minutes and 5 quads, if I'm not mistaken. And I'd say that 6 minutes is for me just the right amount of time to enjoy his skating in one program. This is the first video on his YT channel recorded with the help of another person as a cameraman, with different angles and perspectives. Thank you, Yuzu! It really contributes to the better perception of the whole piece. I'm still overwhelmed by GIFT, so Boku no koto is like a luxurious dessert after the best feast of my life, which means my emotions will only get there for good in a few days, but I already love it
  5. This hydroblade Tell me now he's not improving, guys!
  6. Although without fancy clothes and special scenery, I dare to claim that this is one of the best Yuzu's portraits I've ever seen. Ah, seeing him so happy is the best gift!
  7. Maybe. But in such a big space? It's almost like being outside.
  8. I think they were additionally heated, hence the transparent panels in front of them, to keep the warmer air around them. But still...
  9. I like how he went wild at the end and skated spontaneously during the final round. This is how he expresses his true emotions - through skating, it is his first language he speaks.
  10. Don't worry, your code from KKTIX should work repeatedly on Globe Coding until 1 March 23:59 Japan time.
  11. Yes, but what also struck me, especially in the second part, was that the way he told us the story made it something more than just a vivisection of a champion. On a certain level it was universal, very human and relatable.
  12. I will be processing it for the next two weeks or so, I suppose Oh God, I have no words, but I feel the imperative to talk about what just happened anyway. It was so valuable on so many levels. It wasn't a figure skating show, it wasn't even a show, it was a work of stage art. So Yuzu-like (so many words ), so deep, sincere, so esthetically pleasing, so unexpected, so... And his voice... Notte Stellata Every single move so delicate and smooth, this celestial flow... And on top of that, he is so otherwordly beautiful and handsome (I want that black coat, please). It must have been an amazing experience to watch his face on that huge screen live. Finally, FINALLY he got the proper evaluation!
  13. New points in Hanyu Yuzuru's CV: 101. He IS a dancer. 102. He is an actor.
  14. He said before more than once that he has a habit to write down his thoughts and feelings to organize them and make clear, what kind of story he wants to tell by his skating. I guess he consulted and worked on it with his artistic production team, but I have no doubt that it was primarily his story and way of thinking. Now I understand more than ever why he is so popular in China.
  15. I agree, and I think it symbolizes who he wanted to be and who he can be now, finally, without any (purple and black) shadows and compromises.
  16. Don't you think that the angelic costume has something to do with the Raison costume and storytelling?
  17. I'm afraid it's still too early to find any detailed and reliable information about the official broadcast for this event. If you are looking for Japanese transmission, Fuji TV is a "special supporter" of the competition, so I can't imagine they don't have any live and delayed broadcast. It also looks like J Sports will offer a delayed broadcast, but again, I don't see any details in their schedule yet, other than the official training for the men and women Program Guide | J SPORTS [Official]. I also found some kind of summary here: 世界フィギュアスケート選手権埼玉大会2023の日程、日本時間スケジュール、テレビ放送、日本代表、出場選手 | スポ速 (sposoku.com), but they say that 'TV broadcast schedules will be posted as soon as information becomes available', and then I see some schedule, but it's annotated as "previous year", which is confusing (it mentions Fuji TV, women and men digest on BS Fuji, and J Sports). Anyway, if you have an access to Japanese TV, you won't miss the event for sure.
  18. Because then, for some of us it was more like: 'but what is he going to do for the 90 minutes, alone?' Now it's like: 'Ah, we have no idea what he's going to do for the whole time and THAT'S AWESOME!!!'
  19. I'm sorry to hear that 🙁 I hope you will find a way 🍀
  20. Wow, looks like only the HFR ("hanging from the roof") seats will remain unsold and only because they will not be subject to purchase
  21. Do you have a bank account and a debit card for it (Visa, Mastercard or that third one listed on the KKTIX website)? Sometimes when they say 'credit card', they just mean an account card. You just need to have the option to pay online and maybe foreign payments enabled, and a limit set above the amount you want to pay (with me these are disabled by default and the limit is zero until I order otherwise, which you can probably only do on your online account at the weekend). I'd give it a try, you're not risking anything - if you fail and you won't find any other option in the allotted time (24h iirc), your purchase order will simply be cancelled.
  22. I never would have said that I would be able to buy a ticket for a Japanese event on a Taiwanese website from my corner of the world. I mean, I can't even buy a single thing on Japanese Amazon. Thank you, Planet Hanyu, for the clear instructions It's strange that some of the forms on KKTIX are only in Chinese characters and untranslatable.
  23. ISU competitions are usually streamed by ISU on their YT channel and you can also watch them there afterwards. They also cut the material and publish each program separately, so you can choose which skater you want to watch. So, if you don't have any problem that it's ISU, this is probably the easiest way.
  24. I can't imagine a better person to choreograph this show!
