  1. It is, but such is life on a small island. Anyway having the items and supporting Yuzu by buying the merchandise is what matters. The items all came in handy on the Gift expedition. If the venue shop had been advertised in advance it would have been more cost effective to buy the items there and save on postage and import duties, but A!Smart could only guarantee delivery before Gift if items were pre ordered by a certain date, thus ordered early before the on site shop announced, nvm
  2. Jacket, binoculars, flag, shopping bag, key chain, stationary tin.
  3. YuzuSakura watch - fan has been visiting Nanakita Park and the Yoko cherry tree on a daily basis and kindly posting photos. More blossoms and more nemophila. Another fan pointed out that the nemophila looks like the lit up bracelet lights, just like the spectators from the solo shows. That is a lovely thought, the supporters surrounding Yuzu and lighting up the darkened venue.
  4. https://style.ehonnavi.net/ranking/2023/03/27_093.html Yuzu's collaboration with CLAMP is top of picture book best sellers list. At present, it is only available to pre order. Release date September on amazon.jp Hanyuconomy again Hoping that Old Man Pooh san and Yuzu Pooh will both be included, although there may be copyright issues - ownership of Winnie the Pooh images, maybe someone will know the answer to this.
  5. Just paid almost £60 postage to UK, first package ordered contents: white hoodie, white T, clear file, booklet. Don't know if that is helpful with regards to your query UK charges taxes for everything so there also be import duties to pay when good arrive in UK - clearly latter only applies to UK satellites The Gift items had customs charge of £70
  6. The Grandest and Greatest entrance of all
  7. If you have time and would be able to share your thoughts, it would be very much appreciated if you wanted to share some of your interpretations and insights about the monologues. The international livestream via Global viewing had English subtitles, which many Japanese fluent fans corroborated was a good quality translation. For those of us not fluent in Japanese it was a super way to feel connected with Yuzu and the story that he was recounting. A great many people, including myself, really appreciated the translation. It would also be very welcome and interesting if there are other possible meanings and nuances behind Yuzu's words. Please do not go to any trouble if you do not have enough time or feel any pressure if your thoughts are too personal to share. Thank you As a Japanese language novice learner, any insights into the language from native speakers are always welcome and very valued
  8. A very lucky fan who actually got to perform alongside Yuzu. Really validating for Yuzu to know that the skaters selected for the show truly appreciate him and what Notte Stellata as a show means, with it's message of hope and rebuilding Thank you for translating
  9. YuzuSakura watch Lots of visitors to Nanakita Park Video of the Yoko cherry. Bit cloudy and windy now
  10. UPDATE: Late afternoon in Japan, the first blooms have opened. Edit- the tree used to be adjacent to those conifers. No wonder the tree did not not thrive in the close proximity to those rather glowering trees. The conifers shaded the Yoko cherry and competed with it for water and nutrients.
  11. The inspiration for the lego sculpture and Yuzu in his under sea costume Yuzu is the Muse for art
  12. Truly a most wondrous, unique and precious Gift. History was made and the event is now legend in the folklore of figure skating and for fans of Yuzu. It probably is not a repeatable event, not just the production complexities but the moments of connection created between Yuzu and the spectators near and far. Hoping that those special moments can at least be captured on a disc to keep and treasure. Even for those who were present, many people also bought the livestream, partly to be able to re connect with the performance and for those not fluent in Japanese to have the translation for Yuzu's monologues. Like so many of us the entire event was an immersive experience and one that we yearn to revisit. If it is any consolation Disney plus version is still available until March 31, with Disney plus subscription and VPN. No translation though, but a one month subscription is not as costly as the livestream, so there are at least a few days remaining to enjoy Gift. It would be really wonderful if a disc to purchase could be released in the next few months. The Gift companion booklet will be published fairly soon and will contain copious gorgeous photos of the event.
  13. YuzuSakura watch today - the tree is no longer cordoned off, so people will be able to get very close to admire it and take photos. Nearly ready for blossoms. The petal shade is a lovely intense pink, but this maybe due to the petals being packed tightly together. This little tree is going to receive a lot of love
  14. Listening to the music is a lovely way to evoke the memories of Gift and connect with the incredible emotions that were experienced that day. A legend was created that day Hope that Yuzu will open some of his future ice shows arriving as the magnificent Firebird, he was truly splendid. Ahh one can only hope and dream
  15. Different fan artist interpretation
