I'm doing a presentation on management of exercise-induced asthma/bronchoconstriction for one of my classes and one of the passages I found (from UpToDate) stated: "A major goal is to ensure that exercise is not avoided by patients with EIB. Asthmatics should exercise as much as desired, and should be encouraged by the fact that athletes have won Olympic medals and played professional sports, in spite of symptomatic asthma." Made me smile cause I thought of Yuzu

Yeah those are definitely good points, maybe it'll help if I branch out a bit in our conversations! LOL well Yuzu can definitely be cute but he also gets crazy intense maybe after the olympics your husband will be sold That's really true Lunna, I think it's probably tough for her to relate especially with like not following all the ups and downs of this season. I've showed her several of his programs like H&L from this past world's... I mean she enjoyed the programs but sadly I don't think she's going to become a fan at this point. But this planet is definitely a great place and I'm glad I can relate to you guys as fellow Yuzu fans! @ruruzest I'm sorry to hear about your friend and that you stopped talking to your husband about Yuzu ): I definitely feel you... @singcarcom She doesn't really have any people she really admires right now and I think that's part of why she can't understand. And yeah us being practically the same age as him doesn't help >0< That photoset of bb Yuzu is so cute though ahhh Maybe I can show them to her one day!

This season sucks... I really miss Yuzu ): I hope he's resting well in Toronto! I'm glad he and Keiji are keeping in touch I was wondering for those of you in relationships, does your partner ever get jealous of how much you care about Yuzuru? My girlfriend often gets annoyed/jealous when I talk to her about Yuzu >< (I'm also a girl haha) I've told her that I'm just a fan, I have zero romantic interest in him and there's a lot of other people who are his fans too but she finds it hard to understand and says she'd rather me not talk to her about him. I'm sorry if this is off topic, feel free to move my post to a more relevant thread!! I wasn't sure where to put it and this has been weighing on me for a while, I'm quite sad that I can't share this part of my life with her.

Didn't Brian say at one point that they were saving the best music for the Olympics?

Yuzu's in it to win it, and I'm sure he's put a lot of thought into the best way to go about doing so. As of now the Seimei 2.0 rumors are just speculation, so I don't think we should get too worried just yet. Even if it does end up being true, Yuzu is anything but lazy (how many times has he said he has to train harder even after all he's achieved?) so I'm sure he will be putting all his effort into upgrading it, adding new choreo, and improving the quality even more. He's still the best skater in the world and no matter what program he skates he will be bringing that to the table.

I was definitely not expecting him to choose Chopin as SP again for the upcoming season... I have to say I was hoping for something different. But I can kind of see his reasoning, maybe because he's skated Chopin so well in the past it seems like a reliable SP for him during the Olympic season. But still, I selfishly want to see as many different programs skated by Yuzu as possible I'm looking forward to see how he will upgrade it though! And if he has an awesome fresh FP I will be very happy!!

Just rewatched Chopin and Seimei from GPF 2015, they're perfection!! Suffering from Yuzuru withdrawal right now Ice shows, please come sooner~

It's so interesting to read everyone's stories :space: I first heard of Yuzu during the Sochi olympics, I have vague memories of watching Parisienne Walkways (maybe on TV?) and finding out that he won. At the time I was a super casual watcher of figure skating so I didn't get hooked right away, but randomly in the beginning of 2016 I was like "I wonder how that Japanese guy is doing?" So I looked him up on Youtube and the first videos that came up were from the 2015 GPF. After that the rest is history :smile: I started watching more and more videos after that and the first competition I watched live on TV was worlds 2016 (I cried after the FP though :cry: ). I wish I became a fan earlier but I'm glad I rediscovered him in time to continue to follow him in competition c: He is such a wonderful person, both on and off the ice. The more I learn about him the more my love for him grows! He's also inspired me to take Japanese and skating lessons which are both thoroughly enjoyable, so I'm thankful to him for helping enrich my life as well. Also as an interesting side note, years before I started following Yuzu my girlfriend gave me a Winnie the Pooh plushie from Disneyworld. Now that I've become a fan, I always squeeze it every time I watch him compete! Can't help but think that I was meant to become a Yuzu fan :smile:

THE YUZU EMOJIS ARE AMAZING!!! I love them so much And it's great to see Yuzu and his old coach having fun together :] I'm sure she's proud of the wonderful person and skater he's grown to be.

I love the Hope and Legacy costume too! The color palette is so visually pleasing and flow together so seamlessly I also really love all of the costumes from the 2015-16 season (Chopin, Seimei, Requiem). But honestly I can't think of any of Yuzu's costumes that I don't like, and seeing his new ones is one of the things I'm looking forward to most His costume collection is so diverse and he's looked amazing in all of them.
