  1. Okay, the example is a little bit lacking, of course F1 is financially very different. What I mean is, if they are willing to do things a little bit differently, think creatively and beeing flexible they can come up with solutions on how to make a season work. An F1 team consists of many people, I would imagin social distancing is more of a problem than with FS. In the FS you could limit the number of people to 1 or 2 per skater, 1 coach + 1 accompanying person, if this persson is really needed. Testing, isolated accommodations, 2 events in the same venue (for less travelling), no visitors or less visitors....... I just think there are ways to make a season possible, but in the end, it is up to the ISU.
  2. If the ISU really wants to make it possible, there will be a season. I mean, Formula 1 is running again, (wo needs cars going around in circles.......). With some planning it can be done and with minimal risk for athletes and coaches/staff. So let's stay optimistic and wait and see, because that's all we can do :) and why are all the emojis missing, I can't choose any because they aren't displayed.............:/
  3. In my opinion, it would be great if everyone could tweet a "hands down" kind of reply to make clear, what we think about this award. There are already a lot of tweets that show that the award is not well received, but most of them are "Yuzu" as answer to the "what was your highlight" question. Please ignore the line "what was your highlight of the virtuel event", they just want to gain positive respones with that. Even if Yuzu won (luckily, otherwise I would really have doubted their common sense) this doesn't change the fact that the award is just a bad idea and if they are asking for our opinion, why not give it to them?
  4. Absolutely, this article is a big No. I'm a bit surprised about that, because they usually write quite good articles about Yuzu, but this one doesn't work at all, there is so much wrong with it.......just no
  5. ..........and he looks so handsome
  6. THIS IS ART! I'm going to watch it for the next hour I remember how at ACI everyone was waiting for "Mr. blue jacket" to upload his photos or videos. It was like: "He is always there, frontrow, he probably has the best pictures and can "Mr. blue jacket" please hurry up"............... And then: oh-my-gosh-look-at-this-it-is-so-amazingHi Jordan, Hi OIP, we love you
  7. I also think that we should ignore the "award", nothing helps better than as little attention as possible to get rid of this "award" and to show ISU what we think about it. (I think it's just so sad that skaters are deprived of the opportunity for a little carefree fun, a get-together without competition) And for those who still want to watch the award show please keep in mind that N.C. is not responsible for what the ISU does. As for the wrongly presented bio or generally wrongly presented facts: I always prefer to react to something like this, but as unemotionally as possible, even if it's hard to do. If you get emotional, quick-tempered or start to hand out insults, it will only fall back on you or you won't be taken seriously. Then it's back to: "look at these crazy Hanyu fans." But a neutral message with the correction of facts cannot be dismissed.
  8. Got here through the link in the general chat...................THIS is awesome Our own Yuzu dictionary. It must have been so much work, just amazing. THANK YOU
  9. Wow, it's amazing how much work you put into it, unbelievable. Thanks for this wonderful spreadsheet, hope we can get it to 365 days
  10. My first thought would always be: I hope he put it in a clean sock I would be soooooo embarrassed if I gave a medal to someone out of a sock............but it is simple and practical, so it could be a "man" thing
  11. That's exactly what I was thinking about. Javi's medal in this nice wooden box and Yuzu pulled his out of a sock (sorry, a clean sock). I was laughing so hard, because knowing that there is a box and he took a sock makes it kind of..............funny.
  12. Found the version with the eng sub titels. Really Yuzu, why put it in a sock?!?
  13. Thank you. Yes, not what I was looking for but great to watch again, thanks
  14. Some time ago I also searched for it (both Sochi+PC press conference)......without success. I think it is quite strange that especially from the olympic games the press conferences of the medalists are missing, after all, it is THE sports event. It should be the easist thing to find out there..........Does anyone know why this isn't the case?
  15. I got: 'I just miss Javi' .................didn't know that this counts as an iconic moment I was like "awwwww"
  16. Thank you, these are some really good recommendations for finding "inner Yuzu". I really like his interviews with Matsuoka Shuzo, I think they have a great dynamic, but I forgot this interview......his determination, that strength, that's so incredibly inspiring. Olympic Seimei is exactly for this reason the perfect skate for me. Maybe not the most perfect in terms of clean skating, but emotionally, for me, it is THE program. That's why I watched it in a loop, it really helped me a lot to get closer to my "inner Yuzu".
  17. Thank you. It's really awful how this has affected everything......well, except for nature, which hasn't been this good for a long time. We have to think positive, right? I feel a bit better after my Yuzu marathon, it's crazy what this guy can do for you....so yes, he could definitely go into politics. Perhaps after the lockdown everybody wants to travel a lot and your business could be up and running again quickly? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. And thanks again, yes, there will be light
  18. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it let us keep strong and positive
  19. I know you are already talking about other things, but for personal reasons I'm still stuck at Yuzu's message. The timing of Yuzu's message (and what a great message that was) could not have been better "there is a light your able to see because of darkness". Yesterday my colleagues and I learned that our office has to be closed due to Corona and that we will lose our work at the end of May permanently. I'm an interior designer and I think you can all imagine that it is almost impossible to find a new job in the current situation. I am worried, don't know what’s going to happen, but know that these thoughts and emotions will not help. Yes, the most important thing is to be healthy, but it still hurts to lose my job. So now I’m going to watch „Haru yo koi“ (for me this means hope) and „Seimei“ (fighting spirit) and try to bring out my “inner Yuzu“ and then, I will try to find the light in the darkness, even if it's damn difficult. Maybe some of you are in a similar situation, so if you have suggestions or ways on how to find your „inner Yuzu“, I would be happy to hear about it.
  20. That's it, thank you so much My weekend just got so much better
  21. Hi, everybody, I just stumbled across this video by chance. Do you know if there is a version with english subtitles? That would be so great, almost 45min Yuzu content I have never seen before.
  22. He was on the same flight as I was😊, from Turin to Frankfurt. We landed around 11.45 and there was a connecting flight going at 13.30 to Toronto.......so my guess would be Toronto?
